I get it from the beach....forest also but my last visit saw me have to climb a very steep hill out of the forest....won't be going there again for a long time...haha
But time spent with loved ones....also just sitting reading in front of the fire brings me alot of peace funnily enough.
Laughter is a big one too and seeing my family happy.xx

For a joy, ocean all the way. The sound of rolling or crushing waves, the sound of wind, and watching never ending horizon. 
But for a peace Forest, especially Boreal (if it is not someone's privet land)

I get peace from within me. By living in the now and letting go of negativity. I do enjoy nature of all areas. But peace is given by letting go of expectations of how I think things should be and just letting them be. And peace gives me joy

after a long days work I love to go to the beach for a while,,, so refreshing especially in winter ,,, don't do anything for the hair ------ This poll is Archived ------
When I lived in Colorado and went hiking in the mountains in the hot summer, I had the pleasure of going to all three of these places. Beaches at the mountain lakes and reservoirs, walking through the forests below the tree line and actually going to the top of the mountains above the tree line and watching the sun set over the Rocky Mountains while eating cliff bars. 
Here in Florida there are no mountains (except space mountain
). We do have a lot of sandy beaches and all kinds of forests. There is a small forest just outside my home where the Florida black bears come out of and get into peoples trash cans but it is dense and tropical with no foot paths.
