I've seen too many documentaries re "My 600lbs Life" regarding people in America. If someone put a pin up of a cheescake in my place, I'd be puking all over my walls 
I'm not thin, never have been and never will be, my shoulders are far bigger than my waist

I fear not; the terms "pinup" and "cheesecake" harken back to an earlier time; younger people likely never heard these terms in the sense you are seeking posts. They would think the US Army weekly "Yank" was something else entirely, although I am certain that our soldiers.....enjoyed the weekly very much.
