first home from military service, i was lucky to sleep two hours. that was decades ago now.
still tend to hold at about 4-6 hours.
rare occasion, i can sleep up to nine. most likely to happen with 70-84 hour work weeks. haven't had any of those this year so far. something to do with crap policies creating a choked economy i think.

If I wake up myself, sometimes I can go back to sleep in a little while. But if my very noisy neighbors wake up... No way. And then ,I am miserable as hell. (Because it happens too often).

So glad I have a good neighbor, I understand where you coming from reason I move some years ago, upstairs neighbor was making too much noise, then her kids stomping I got fed up landlord didn't care I almost got into a fight now I'm happy nobody over my head

Time to get some quieter neighbors assuming it is possible financially. Managements lawnmower buzzing around at 8 AM sure ruins things for 10 am sleepers
