I used to be able and aleep anywhere anytime. Not so anymore. 
first home from military service, i was lucky to sleep two hours. that was decades ago now.
still tend to hold at about 4-6 hours.
rare occasion, i can sleep up to nine. most likely to happen with 70-84 hour work weeks. haven't had any of those this year so far. something to do with crap policies creating a choked economy i think.

I usually sleep good, unless I get woke up
then can't go back to sleep

If I wake up myself, sometimes I can go back to sleep in a little while. But if my very noisy neighbors wake up... No way. And then ,I am miserable as hell. (Because it happens too often). then can't go back to sleep

So glad I have a good neighbor, I understand where you coming from reason I move some years ago, upstairs neighbor was making too much noise, then her kids stomping I got fed up landlord didn't care I almost got into a fight now I'm happy nobody over my headPicture a bear being rudely awake from hibernation... that's me.

Woke up at 3 am couldn’t get back to sleep until 4:30
