Several of these people are dead; perhaps you should have phrased it as "the most hated person that has lived, implying both present and past...
also, where is Pol Pot of Cambodia. It is estimated that he managed to kill at least 18 to 20 million of his people...many say that he actually surpassed Stalin... or is this list more "international" rather than "regional"...no. can't be as you've included ol' Idi Amin Dada, who barely managed several thousand at most, from other tribes...I fail to see what, if anything you use as a criteria for making this list; the amount of Hate, the amount of bodies piled up?? Regional deaths, regional hatred or international hatred??What....
