I picked other, and that was for nicotine. The reason I chose that was because to me, the world over, it is one of the most socially accepted drugs throughout the world and it is said to be as addictive as heroin, just not as nasty as far as side effects when it comes to withdrawl and of course it takes alot more to overdose.The rest there is plenty of education about available and thus you enter their realm at your own peril. However, I think nicotine is one of the most underrated drugs around. (this from a smoker)

The worse drugs are anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, MAO inhibitors, etc.
They don't work, but they do change your brain chemistry. I have been on these drugs and other similar meds, including an anti-convulsive medication and lithium for 30 years.
I have lost alot of brain function including memory. These drugs also play a large role in losing self confidence and the side affects are harsh.
Most of the drugs on the list are voluntarily taken. I HAVE to take my meds for the rest of my life, thus more physical, mental and emotional damage to my body and well-being. People with bipolar disease live on the average 10 years less than others. Now I also have to treat diabetes (which can be caused by some meds, like Seroquel, which I have been on) and high blood pressure. God knows what future meds and ailments I will incur.
Consider yourself lucky if you don't have to be on these drugs. Bipolar disease has stripped me of a life, and now a future.

I know what u mean, i'm not bipolar myself, but my brother is! If he's not on those certain meds he is a walking zombie with no emotions at all. the meds also causes him to be hungry all the time, he's only 24,5'9 and weighs over 300 pounds.They don't work, but they do change your brain chemistry. I feel you there casey, I have taken numerous anti-depressants and they have yet to find one that "works" when I tell them, I don't need them to begin with. To me the scariest side effect of anti depressants are that they can simply cause you to commit suicide.They don't work, but they do change your brain chemistry. The way I see it, if the belief in Jesus helps them get through the tribulations in life, so be it and I respect that...But personally I just feel keeping a positive attitude about things will that very same thing. JMO

I would say meth, and any type of inhalants, followed by crack, heroin, and coke.
But I would definitely say Alcohol is the worst, for the simple fact, the death ratio because of driving, and for myself, my blackouts got to be really bad, lots of fights and blood, then until someone tells you what had happened the night before, you are paranoid and wondering.....
Now I see a few people put smoking, yes, its bad, but it doesn't change your personality, you still know what your doing... and second hand smoke isn't really good for anyone either, but I know many people say secondhand smoke is worse then first hand.... Which common sense says that is just stupid, but some people buy that because some liberal scientists say so....

sssfunny i have quit cigs 4 times in 30 yrs . i like smoking specialy cigars. i havent for 17 yrs now but im thinking of it again .. i do this cause its so easy to quit ,i just take em out of my pocket ,through them on the table and dont pick them up again eventualy they dry up and go to powder then get flung in the garbage .. booze thats different i havent had a snort foe 9 days now im goin to do that monday nite .. pot 2 or 3 times a year mushroomes once in 1982 cocain once in 1987 but them effen chemical s crack big h crstl and the new stuff i dont even kno the name of shoot the dealers and manufactures ,, i got no prob with that
