Your Titanic post did make me smile...but this one did not. My father is a retired pilot, and alcohol is legal, but they're not allowed to drink for a certain amount of hours before flying, or while flying. Any pilot that would get high too soon before flying a plane already does, or gets drunk before doing so now instead anyway. Trust me, those who do get caught and lose their jobs, thankfully.

Plus with all the beer bottles and cans people are throwing out their vehicle windows as they drive down the road, do you really think they're driving sober? Somehow, I seriously doubt it!
At least with the Cannabis there wouldn't be so much littering going on. I'll give it that at least!
