I was stubborn from birth,I also up until few years back would pout.I was always spoiled by men and was useto getting my way.I have decided that that was a fault of many I neede to work on back be4 break up with my ex-boyfreind of 11 yrs.I made a list 1 day when I realized I'm not perfect rude awakening.I asked people to be honest tell me my faults,then added a few I knew but never admmitted.
Anyway made this list of my positves and negatives.Decided to work on negatives and imrove positives if I could.Everday over 2 years I look at was started as list,now is pamphlet since I would write goals and times I caught myself in a negative.It's taken time and still a few faults I may never conquer.I am no longer stubborn,seldom pout and a few other changes.Age matters not.You can change if you really want too.

That's great; I think the first step towards change is being honest with ourselves, and wanting to do something about it; making an effort to react differently next time.

I had an excellent relationship with my first wife. We were like peas & carrots, peaches & cream, Forrest & Jenny. We were a match. She left because I got carried away with drinking.
Sadly, I wasn't ready to admit that my drinking was a problem. She had hoped to scare me into straightening up. Instead, I only got worse. I was angry, depressed, and I drank even more. I blew it.
