I don’t know whether it’s legal in Sweden or not. I don’t know about Russia either.
I’ve tried it twice, many years ago, didn’t understand the point with it, the inviting side said that it’s unwise to “waste righteous stuff” on me. And I never bothered to get it of my own initiative.

It was the wine! You cannot smoke after drinking! You can have a smoke, and then drink .... you`ll just get very high and stupid......Never again.

But the two do not go together ... you either smoke, or you drink. And smoking is better for you - you dont have a hangover!.... only a few damaged brain cells and shorter memory span ......
