It would depend entirely on the woman herself.
Some women could carry of that look very well
and others couldn`t.
I don`t feel one can make a sweeping statement
about humanity in general. There are so many
variations and permutations, one`s own view
would be subjective and may be biased depending
on your own experiences, good or bad, with someone
attired in such away.
