Sometimes the day just starts off wrong. A good attitude goes a long way, so that's my first line of defense. But sometimes the chain of events is like a mudslide, and all I can do is watch as one mess plows into another, growing into an inevitable sh*t-storm. I hate that out-of-control feeling...



So I'm interest to know-- what kinds of things help you get through it
when the day is just not going your way?

go to bed n restart the day when i'm awake, hoping that it'll b okay... if it still doesnt work frustrated just live with the bad day.... besides what cant kill u make u stronger banana

It all depends on what's causing the 'bad day'. Some things I can shrug off easily. Others require the loud music and work hard approach, whilst sometimes I DO catch myself staring glumly into mid distance... NEVER do I feelt he need to 'drown my sorrows'.

I know too, that I finction better as part of a couple, and for me 'she' is very often the thing that gets me up and running again...

they are M&M's ....blushing .
and wash em down with a glass of red wine..drink pouring

Polarbutterfly: When I'm having a day like this (more so now) I usually like to be alone,to reflect on what's become of the day and I remember that things will get better.I mentally put all that's gone wrong aside and relax;I know that I can't control things around me but,I can cope the best way I know how and that's to take time for me first and foremost.

Hope things get better for you.
