RillyNiceGuy: Those who are his understand the Bible and know of certain events that must take place before he will arrive....but it is not far off. Maybe in your life time. When he does arrive all eyes will see him....just as the sun shines from the East to the West and all see it.....so shall be the return and his brillance will be seen decending to the Mount of Olives by all. The book of Revelation is just that. It reveals to his people.
I was just seeing something pertaining to the topic on a channel yest. All religions have a version of " dooms day " and when " god will walk on earth again " .... apparently as per the hindu religion the next reincarnation of the lord has already taken birth ... as per a lot of astrological calculations.
Wolftrap: Oh, man, I know God says "Come, let us reason together" and invites Job to challenge Himself.
I only meant in current point. When Jesus (and Paul) taught us of a parable and/or truth about the kingdom of heaven, that was IT. Done. Believers will be "caught up in the air" not, "Okay, man, due to the law of physics which govern this world...." See what I mean? It is stated, it's a fact, regardless of the theory we try to justify if with.
Does this make sense?
Got to be honest...no...
Its a book i never picked up and yet i feel that fact has caused offence to the people who have...
You both seem to be getting annoyed at me and yet you cross each others words....
I dont know what to think to be honest...
I am far from understanding why you both chose to speak different on this subject...
I have seen you both post many times before and you dont seem like the same people at all....

Mankind has taken simple and natural things and made them fairy tails. The try to prove them with false logic and misinformation. mankind is silly folks.
Believers always seek more knowledge, as do everyone on the face of the earth!
I respect RillyNiceGuy's opinion as I do a brother in Christ, and I am very willing to speak openly! I always have room to grow and understand. That's what is so great about being Christian...I'm willing to learn more, and will allow others to teach me so, if it jives with what I know and it jives with what the Bible says!
I have many friends who are pastors - they study in Germany, Italy, everywhere...and we continue to spur each other onto higher levels of understanding. RillyNiceGuy is doing the same thing...the Bible encourages us to do so!
So, we do so, and it makes life wonderful and meaningful. It does NOT lead to violence, or misunderstaniding, or what have you not, or have, that tries to blame worries and trepidation on those who believe.
It's okay if that doesn't mean anything to you. I follow Christ...listen, dude, this is a man that the world misunderstood so much they freaking killed him in the worst way possible. If all I cared about was being liked or "in the crowd" the last thing I'd do is admit I follow Christ :)

strange and well makes one wonder ..
There are a lot of predictions. We must keep in mind we all came from a common sorce with common beliefs that have varied in the hands of time. But the common message core has remained down through the years and the different peoples. Look how long making fire has remained and how common to all. We are all truly brothers and sisters.

I love to be wrong....when I am wrong.....I learn truth. It is hard to discuss things in a forum such as this. we can only give ideas and then each search to see if they are so. But to find, copy and paste...one gets lost in the passing of subjects.
Let me say, that finding God's truth is like finding gold and it makes all things clearer. I would never intentionally steer someone wrong for foolish pride, ego, power or money.

I have a strong feeling that we have begun to enter the end times also... not in the sense of some big doomsday senario necessarily.. I just have a strong feeling that at the very least we are coming to the end of a cycle... Mayan.. Ur religion, Malachy prophesies and the Bible all seem to coincide on this also... interesting....

You are not alone. You feel it too. I think everyone does...only those who are honest with themselves will recognize what it is. Others will rationalize it in a million different ways. But you sense it, you feel it. Guess who is telling you this?

This is why I think my feelings are significant.. I think there is something in the general consciousness alright.. and lately I have been receiving what I can only describe as inspirations or knowledge.. (I know this seems a little wierd) as if from nowhere.. I have also been strongly and in a dramatic way drawn back to my faith and spirituality... I think God is gathering and communicating to his children.. and those with open eyes and ears will see and hear the signs... I agree.. I am not the only one..but people don't usually acknowledge it until you mention it to them first.. i think people are a bit freaked out by this and a bit afraid.. as I was at first TBH

yes, we are a lil bit scared of what we feel at first...
pencilartist, pardon me for saying so, but your talent is great and you look quite uncannily like the late great Jackson Pollock, my favorite artist in the world. Pollock was a genius!
