There are usually only three times in which I swear....
*when im talkin to my mom (we play around alot she is my bestfriend)
*when im angry (i curse like a sailor)
*when I hurt myself or someone else (usually just one or two words)

Thats about it normally, oh and if children are around I wont swear I will bottle it up and punch a wall later....

I admit that I do swear on occasion, but do find it can become a bad habit. In our family growing up, it was not appropriate and still to this day if I say in front of my mom "someone pissed me off" I get the LOOK. Its a habit I'm trying to break because truly as my grandfather used to say, there are enough words in the English language to use instead of swear words....... but I do admit that sometimes they are the most appropriate ones! angel devil angel devil laugh

laugh Well I´m a sinner but I don´t swear. Just can´t do it, and when I do try it sounds ridiculous. I don´t recognise my voice, I stumble over the words, and if it´s in earshot of friends or family they are at first shocked then fall about laughing, so it doesn´t even have the desired effect either.

If I´m angry enough I´d much rather use some choice non-swear words from the rich English language I love so much. They can be more devastating particularly if the person on the receiving end doesn´t understand them. laugh devil

I think I´ve said this before here, I can swear in Spanish much easier. laugh
