Somebody should rain in Moslem teachings, take responsibility for what there teachings are engaged in.
An eye for an eye is same as violence leads to violence, short sighted rubbish that the whole Moslem world should put a stop to that sort of stupidity

They don't need to have any acid laying around, once they feel "offended" they find the way to get some, this sick attacks are more usual than you may think.

Only Iran could have such middle ages punishments.I m against in such punishment like "an eye for an ee".if someone commited a crime he has to serve in jail.

unfortunately it is, the cycle of suffering created by that sort of practice that kind of thought, can never change if they continue that sort of stupidity. Treatment of women practised in those parts comes to my mind, a violation of human rights, as is inhuman treatment of prisoners.
Stupidity that creates a constant cycle of violence just like Palestine and Israel never ending because eye for an eye.
Its plain stupidity

I agree with you, they murder heaps of there own people, there jails are full of mostly black poor people, the rich get richer at the expense of someone. Lately engage in war crimes against prisoners of war, think dropping bombs in people is ok, think they can change the karmas of people other than in america by engaging in violence.
On other hand they do a good things to, most go hand in hand with strings but its fair to say they do lot a lot of good to, just a bit mad

It's shortsighted pointing the finger at Islam, this is more a cultural than a religious issue, "an eye for eye" is present in every monotheistic religion, you'll never see this punishment in Egypt, Qatar or Kuwait, to mention just a few (all of them muslim countries).

sooner religion is seen for what it is the better, believing in a non existent god is i think stupid to, not even the slightest chance yet most the world think there is and that's there right but i disagree with the notion

True. And the phrase "an eye for an eye" comes from the Christian Bible, Deuteronomy, 19:21.

Egypt was responsible for mistreatment of many Afghans America took into custody
Kuwait prior to Desert Storm was one worst offenders of poor treatment of women, was run by a bunch of scumbags up-until just after Hussein attacked. Treatment of women was a great change for the good in your country

Well, unfortunately, I know of a story here in Australia, where this happened between ... a couple.. ballroom dancers, she was absolutely gorgeous, and he set her face alight..

So its nothing to do with religion, its to do with jealousy, and feelings of insecurity..

Was such a shame... sad flower

Did you misunderstand? I said it's their country, their decision and I also said "Not that I'm a fan of such things but I don't think I would take too kindly to any other country telling us what we should and shouldn't do".

Did I in any way condemn them for their selected punishment? Or are you simply another American hating a**hole that gets their jollies throwing out immature/childish insults.
