Sometimes (most I guess if I am being honest) I look at the keyboard. I know a good girl who types (like you I guess) with not looking and it's impressive to say the least.

The leather strap was a preference of some and the wood ruler a preference of others, I suppose the ruler was more accurate when typing

Alas I did not complete my shorthand course so dib dib dib and dot dot dot(I was a scout leader)
I learnt QWERTY and reading not audio, never attempted audio so not sure how I would do, but might see how I fair.

I used to be able to type really quickly in school.
I think it was 50wpm over 1 minute, or 40 over 10 mins.
I was good at shorthand too. I never practiced that though, so I remember only a little of it.

I do get that, I've only had one cup of tea yet. 2 is needed for brain cell activation.
I think shorthand was much quicker than typing. Maybe 90-120wpm? Or maybe I'm dreaming thst up..It's been a while.
