one of the volunteers at hospice is on an Volunteers Abroad trip at the moment, i bet it would be a real eye opener and would make for some humbling experience, I have been involved with an IHC group this year going on outings on the weekends with them and that has helped to humble me alot, also have been involved with 'operation cover-up' which mai mums friend started some years ago now, sending blankets to european orphans who literaly have no blankets, these sort of things make me look at what problems i think i have and really put them into perspective, as i heard from someone the other day describe them as 'first world problems'certainly not life or death problems thats for sure. Enough is a FEAST

We should send over some of our snakes. I hear that redback spiders are thriving in New Zealand.
I do not understand why Kiwis do not like our brushtail possums. They are beautiful little creatures. I hand feed several every night. One of them even climbed up my leg one night when she thought I was too slow handing out the food.
