It refers specifically to those with a dark blue aura - Auras are traditionally in the lighter colours.

These individuals have a vibration that voids certain astrological attributes that usually affect all humans, and specific biological equipment to enable them to better handle the human manufactured impurities of the planet that are now part of the human way of life.

It is said that as these individuals mature they will be able to cut through the normally difficult human transitions to full "enlightenment", and at a very early age they will be able to help with the tasks of raising the awareness of other humans ..... in protecting this planet.... That the Earth will heal itself, as it naturally does, but it needs help with slowing down the process of manufactured poisons.

"Indigo" children, at this particular stage, irrespective of their ages, are still "children". But more and more are and will be born in this period. A distinctive feature is their eyes - there is a maturity and far seeing appearance to the eyes.

Contrary to the Wiki article is has absolutely NOTHING to do with any of the modern "diseases" and hyperactive kids. "Indigo" children are normal, very calm individuals, of high intelligence, both emotionally and mentally... and NOT suffering any of the "modern" Wiki mentioned disorders. At young ages they have a good grasp of what is "wrong" in modern life as we know it, more than would be normally accepted in a young person ... an awareness of their surroundings, and the ability to convey their thoughts to others.

So now ..... know any? Think you are one....?

Robert you were a beautiful child, still are in some ways, who got handed a rare journey by life or destiny or whatever you believe.

I believe that "crystal children" is just one person's way of trying to explain the shift in evolutionary progress in human kind in recent generations.

For instance, that an 18 month old child could plug in and turn on a laptop, add a cam and mic, have word recognition of their grandparent's name and connect to them for a "chat" via msn messenger, would have been unheard of and unbelievable as a concept, in past generations, but that is exactly what is happening today.

In fact my grand daughter does just that, and has done ever day since she first did it aged 18 months, in order to talk with her grandfather in England. Her 19 month old brother is now doing the same when he feels the need to connect.

I have nieces and nephews, as well as grandchildren, who understand concepts that adults of past generations would have needed to do extensive study on.

It comes easily to them, natural even, to have innate emotional as well as general intelligence when dealing with situations that past generations didn't have to deal with, such as deciphering information on a grand scale and filtering it for best use.

These innate qualities have been apparant for some time to those who know what they are looking for. Super-intuitive children are no rarity. Not even in my generation.wine

I sure am. I'm trying me best to be a lightworker and harness/utilize this vibration I was born with. My daughter has all the signs of the newer wave---rainbow child.

I strongly do feel this is my first incarnation on Mother Earth here. Too many reasons to list, just take my word on it. Felt this way my whole life---like in the wrong world of vibration. But I've accepted it and my journey.

I love this link---the music and some texts---though some are generalized.

Hi Smoky...Interesting thread.

Not sure if I'm Indigo or what my aura's color is...but I've always felt *different* and that somehow I don't fit. So...if not an Indigo..I must be an *alien*. grin dunno

Englishman55: Now I understand where you are coming from.
When I read your post, I googled indigo children and came up with children thought to be gifted, but perhaps suffering illness or mental disorder, such as autism.

I certainly believe there is something about auras, having met the Indian guy I spoke about earlier and seeing your story of your mother did not suprise me at all.

I personally do not see them, although I like to think I am a reasonable judge of character..... maybe I am getting a fractional aura just from the vibes not from colours !!
Ja, well, my mother ......we used to think she was a bit mental ....grin

You sound like you probably have good Intuition?..another "gift" not used by many...... along with mental telepathy....?..sometimes? Although, intuition is sub-concious.. part of (subconciously/intuitively?)reading body language? Interesting.

Me, I just go thru life like a bull in a china shop!

Hi Twinself! ..... Strange, but I get the feeling (ah haha a pun for this thread).... that a lot of the people on CS are sort-of similar....?...intuitive, sensitive sorts..? But you .... from your other posts ... you sound like a strongly intuitive sort?

Ja, I would like a more enlightened soul to tell me how or if its possible, to see or know ones own aura colour?

Something I heard about auras ..... its that part of one .... like when you stand in a crowded lift ... you can "feel" when anyone is too close to you?... they are "invading your aura" ..... dunno, just heard that... dunno

Spot on Smoky.... I am a saleman at heart and therefore read body language a lot.

I prefer being face to face with people when in conversation, for that reason.

It is also said that women are naturally far better than men when reading body language.
How many times I have heard a woman say..... I don't know what is is about that person, but I just don't like them, or the person is not being honest.

I have consiously read the signs whereas they have done it naturally.

I actually find it quite amusing to be in a bar or club and read the body language of some of the couples.... see how they are getting on or whether the young stud has any chance or not of a pull.
People watching is one of my favourite pastimes !

Wow, I think that is fantastic! I hope I get that feeling when its my time to depart!

My Dad must have had that too ...... he went out and stocked the house with food - lots of food - fridge full of everything - pantry full - paid all the bills - left his will and documents out on his desk ...... lay down to read ... and died peacefully. Only my brother and I lived with him, so he took care we had enough when he was gone..... What a way to go! cheers

My one life-time friend phoned me - we never phoned - only sent cards at birthday and christmas, and I`d see her when she came on holiday once a year .... and had a loooooooong chat .... and died 2 weeks later.

I don't go to bars or clubs (boring, aren't I?), but I love doing that, too, at cafes/restaurants.

More often than not, many couples I've seen, just look in opposite direction to each other, and rarely a word spoken. No need for intuition in these cases!laugh

Prefer the intuition that goes on between myself and the woman I am with.... now that's body language I could watch all day/// no need to wathc other couples grin
