- Pretty Woman: title track with Roy Orbison, Wild Women do, King of Wishful Thinking, It Must Have Been Love, Wild Child
- Top Gun: Danger Zone, Top Gun Theme, Take my Breath Away
- Grease: You're the one that I want, Grease Lightning, Summer Lovin', Beauty School Dropout
- Local Hero: Lots of Mark Knopfler music including the main theme
- The Harder They Come: Cult movie for 70's reggae featuring The Harder They Come, By the Rivers of Babylon, Sitting here in Limbo

this song is VERY 80's....don't forget that..
I wouldn't like it these days, but it was a very good song for that moment in the film:
it's when sarah connor comes home to see her roommate being intimate with her boyfriend and the terminator is already there and he kills the roommate and boyfriend.
or at least, that is what I remember from it.

I'll have to hire those Joy Division and Ian Dury biopics on DVD / blu ray. They should have some good songs on their sound-tracks.
For my tastes the best sound-track that I've heard so far is Woodstock. So many great artists live on that film.
