Points Based Scoring
On a quiz called "How shy are you?", the user could get the following results if their score is between:
- 0-5 points, then they are "very shy".
- 6-10 points, then they are "average shy".
- 11-15 points, then the are "not shy".
In Points-based scoring, the total number of points they score is used to determine the outcome of the quiz
On a quiz called "How shy are you?", you would map each multiple choice answer to one of 3 options: "very shy", "average shy", "not shy":
The users score would be based on which one of these they picked the most often. If they picked an answer mapped to "very shy" 4 times, and "average shy" 3 times, and "not shy" 3 times, then their results would be "very shy" since they picked an answer mapped to "very shy" the most often.
