There is a lot of difficulty with africans in Italy at the moment , along with Romanians , albanians , libyans and folks from the former countries that were yugoslavia... The country is splitting at the seams . There is no work for locals , let alone foreigners . Many Italians are working here in the gulf now , because of the poor situation back home . I was in Sweden last year , my friends and I sponsor a yemeni girl there , she lives in stockholm ...I did a story about her if you care to read it , Iman is her name . Sweden seems to be very open to refugees , as long as they are willing to learn the language , work and fit into society.

Thanks Shay , it was your blog that made me feel and think of all you guys working here in the region... You know in Bahrain xmas is not so bad , especially for filipinos , they have a church choir and all kinds of social activities together , they sing carols in the malls at this time ... its great , the filipino community here really make a nice effort to make the place christmassy .... much love and respect to you Shay dear ... Pranoy to a point i agree , searching for it won't help much if it cannot be there in the first place if oneself is not loveable ...But love will knock you out when its real ...it will not come passively it will just be there , to be loved by someone is the best feeling in the world ..I did not realise that until i lost my old love when he died , but then I found my new love , Life can bowl you over when love is in it ..saskia

It also depends at what stage of your life you are at , at the time ..... I was 50 and with a 35 year old man ... I think i kept him for the horizontal workouts mainly though ...... after being not that long widowed and needing that kind of thing desperately at the time... But he was also a mature man himself of 35.. when i was young, my first man / boyfriend was 38 /......i felt he was very old , but i loved his sophistication and maturity that guys of 18 did not have . It is only recently that I have been able to see younger men ..Its surprising to me however , how many young men are interested in older women . I do not think age is a barrier these days to anything . I don't see age as ever being an issue , but honesty is , if a guy lies about his age then he is not mature enough to handle reality , and thats a problem for him ... The worst thing is when he lies about his age and it happens a lot with men who say they are 59 and a half when really they are 70 , I don't mind a 70 year old man who is well reserved , but the minute he's lied about it ... Its maturity thats important ...Some men of 70 can be very immature ... some of 20 very mature .. Many men never grow up at all .... I had a man 15 years my junior but he never seemed younger than me , he was very tall and very good looking as well , i worried in the beginning , but after a while i realised he was there for me . He was very mature , he was born mature I am sure of this ... we were on the same wavelength , thats what mattered really .. saskia
