Why ban travel again ?As far as I'm aware, it's only essential travel regarding flying. Proof of residence, PCR/LAMP test and the health form . So it's not a case of people wanting to go on holiday.
Just because you/ people don't need to travel and therefore want to ban it again I think is very selfish. I personally think that if you refuse to have the vaccine then you shouldn't be allowed entry into any other Countries. Boot on the other foot comes to mind
It's a shame Jim. All what's going on there at the moment. I was ready to move there and my friend was ready to "sponsor me" Not going into it all but now Mr T has put a stop to it all. I and many others would have been taking money into America. He is his own worst enemy now and he only has himself to blame. So sad
I don't know why your'e lock down was so strict. Spain was on a strict lock down but we were allowed out for essential shopping. Our supermarkets sell alcohol but they don't sell tobacco. It's against the law here in Spain. You have to go to a Tobacco Shop but they were allowed to open as many Spanish people do smoke. It hasn't been easy when you've been on a strict lock down. I hope that things get better for you
Maybe you might think about stop writing epilogues as people just don't want to read it all. I'm guilty of that sometimes. I get finger happy on my computer. I'm much better on a keyboard that on a phone or a tablet. The name calling isn't nice and believe you me, I've been called everything under the sun. It doesn't hurt me anymore as I'm used to it. I just see it as why? We all have our own opinions. I do post silly videos re Trump but why should that matter? I'm not American and so I don't have a vote anyway. Sometimes people need to loosen up.
@ Harbal Is there still a music shop up there in Doncaster? I'm going back 20 yrs now. It wasn't in the town center. It was just in a street. A small shop. I'm sure it began with an "E" I've searched for it but it could have changed names now. My son can't remember the name either. We used to buy zildjian cymbals for him when he was a drummer. He was only 15 at the time though........
@onmyown. I'm British and believe you me I love America. Been there many times over the years. I was visiting there 3 times per year since 2013. Obviously, the way things are now over there, no one wants to go and who can blame them? I was going to move there "Legally" until Mr T stopped all applications going through the process. All I see on these blogs are people that aren't Trump supporters are filled with hatred and that's one of the reasons that I'm beginning to dislike American's, NOT America in the least. It just seems to be an all out war with you lot over there. Even people from the Uk and S Ireland that support Trump stick their oars in when they've never even stepped foot on American soil. Never experienced the American life style. Never spent time talking to American people. Never lived with them. I understand that it's a Political thing at the moment over in America but the hatred spewed out in these blogs by people that don't even live in America and thus, don't have a vote, is bloody ridiculous.
It's like me telling American's how badly Boris Johnson is handling the Uk. Pathetic.............

@Jlvlv. Do you mean European Countries or Countries that are in the European Union? two different things. Britain is still a European Country but won't be a part of the EU as of 31st December 2020. Southern Ireland is still a European Country but will remain within the European Union from what I've learned/ been told. Gibralta which is a Uk Island off the coast of Spain still wishes to remain in the European Union. Very difficult at the moment. Even us "Brits" don't know what's going on as yet..........

One of my best friends from Dublin who is now living in Spain due to the virus (her hubby passed away in Spain) so she doesn't need to go back home at the moment, she's taking care of business here at the moment, she says that she and all her family back home in Dublin dislike Trump. Not the word "hate" just dislike what's he's become. So you see, not all Irish people think the same as you do. Just sayin ..............
This is what I look at every day. I look at most Countries. Spain has "spiked" in different "regions" States as you may call them. Due to the fact that people from Madrid and Barcelona were allowed to come to their 2nd homes when their regions were still in "lock down". It's summer here and the Madridians come to the coast as it's "cooler" once they go home at the end of August. Every Region "State" will go on a decline again. The Regions/Borders should never have been opened. All EU Countries have "spiked" in the last couple of months but America seems to be getting worse and that's a shame. America has never been on a so called "lock down" I do know this because I talk to my friend in NJ most nights. A lock down is a lock down. No going out for exercise. 1 driver in a car, no passengers whatsoever. Too much to mention. America and the Uk wouldn't know a lock down if it hit them in the face and that's why the Uk and America are still having more deaths than Spain, even though we are having more infections than the Uk, people are not dying............
Don't you realise that many people from other Countries are now calling it the USA virus. U Say A nything because you can't control it. It came from a laboratory in America.
@ Chancer. Sorry to say that Hydroxychloroquine has proved "fatal" with many people that suffer from "heart problems" It's an Anti Malaria Drug. I'm not searching and doing a "copy and paste" people can do that for themselves. It has NOT be proven effective for C19 whatsoever. The same as many Americans that died after drinking bleaching agents after Mr T advised that too. I for one, am very careful. I had 3 wrist bands on when I went into hospital for a hip replacement. 1 said NO Voltarol, 2 said NO Tramadol and 3 said NO Morphine. I like to know what I'm being given as I take 2 tablets per day re diabetes. I'm too old to die just yet
I doubt whether Mr T will go and visit any of his 2 Golf Courses in Scotland. He'd have to "self isolate" for 14 days first . I wonder which "hole" he would pick first?
