I just saw the video on TV, but I supposed it must be on youtube or google, I don't know who the owners were I think you're right, sometimes dogs attack other animals that don' look like them not long ago 2 family dogs had a fight with a bear that came to close to comfort.
Anything we write or in this case the pics, officially and legal are already copyrighted material. According to the copyright office in Washington the material belongs to the one who created it.
I'm pretty sure the original photographer will have the judge on his/her site. There good lawyers here with an expertise about copyright laws.
Crows can differentiate human faces, if a new human comer comes to their territory they have different kind of sounds to alert other crows, hey a stranger around.
