Well once they landed those soldiers had to improvised, the plan wasn't working, radio comunication was bad, all around them was a chaos. Planning is easy, to make it work as planned, that's another story.
What kind of rules and regulations you're talking about...government issues?...we all have to live with those. But if you have more than you can take, then, you can leave your country, and move to another with less of those things.
before I left, this site was full of whole bunch crazy people including me, some of them are not here anymore. We were all the time writing crazy, funny stuff, but now the blogs are kind different or serious, I used to laugh a lot like crazy, today I have to wait long time for a funny, crazy blog. like I said, maybe it's me
