thank you, I agree with that, I got tired paying rent for a big company that already owns thousands of homes to rent. And every year the monthly payment going up, never down. Now I have a steady payment, with ants, weeds, tall grass and frogs no chicken
This is the normal over here, my IQ is average alright but next to me, I mean my neighbors are, lawyers, nurses, architects, even doctors...you don't have to believe me.
People, I don't know around the world, but here in America if you buy a community house, brand new house, comes with the so called "Home Owner Association". Which means they have the rights to controlled and to say what to do, and what not to do in your house. Sometimes home owners have to take this association to court because of too much control over other people lives.
To avoid that is better to buy a piece of land and built your house...I don't have the money for that
