I think one of the biggest problems here in America, are drugs of all kind! Lot of the population is on them! A good share of the people doing drugs won't and don't want to work! They get welfare instead! Gov. Scott in Florida has the right idea! If you are on welfare, drug testing is mandatory....no exceptions!

No simple answer to the problems here in America!
