RE: Ladies! I know why you are single.:)

Sure and if you add in "rich" ("generous" seems to be the current euphemism) the odds go up to about 8 billion to one. laugh

RE: Long distance

Define "relationship". Are we talking marriage, a "casual" relationship, a sugar-daddy situation? There are various kinds of successful long-distance "relationships". Consider the case of a travelling professional who posesses the financial means to have a "kept woman" say, in Tokyo where he travels every couple of weeks. He is OK with it, she is OK with it, they both know where they stand, after all he could have a wife back home. That being said, SERIOUS long distance relationships almost never work out in my experience. Absence does NOT make the heart grow fonder, it simply provides opportunities for the relationship to go wrong.

RE: Are we really so serious?!

Some women on these kind of sites tend to try and chat me up, telling me about how they want a long-term relationship, etc. then I find out they anywhere from several hundred to thousands of miles away. If a woman tries to chat me up and then I learn she is several hundred miles away I usually cease communication as I know it cannot go anywhere. If I can not actually MEET a woman IRW after chatting a bit then Yes, I WILL lose interest and move on.

RE: Is it TRUE ? ? ? ?

I have heard that the only part of a persons body that never stops growing is their nose.

RE: Dead fire...

You can also start a fire with a steel wool pad and a nine-volt battery. Just put a pinch of tinder on the steel wool pad and put the battery contacts against the steel wool pad next to the tinder (BE CAREFUL THE STEEL WOOL WILL GET RED HOT!!!) Voila! You have made fire!!

RE: Dead fire...

For less than 20 dollars you can make a fire-starting kit that will light a fire in just about anything flammable that is not actually under water. First, a striker and second, fuel cubes. I have successfully started a fire in POURING Florida rain (if you have ever been here, you know what I mean) in wet grass and wood in less than a minute.

I am trustworthy, honest, loving, etc. . . .

Amen with a bullet friend.

RE: OPEN LETTER TO THE BOSS OF THE ICC

This guy is free to stir up all the trouble he wants. I have two words for the whiners: First. Amendment.

RE: TEXT MESSAGES!!!!!I

Is this person someone you have known for years or a new relationship? If the former then bring it up to them directly. If they are a friend they can take it. If it is a new relationship then remember there is a progression to any relationship and if the other person does not want to talk to you then the relationship is not moving forward.

RE: lonely

Do not be too harsh on her a LOT of Jamaican women want to find a US citizen. Heck, I was a popular guy when I was over there.

RE: I am amazed!

The reason there are so many beautiful, educated women on these sites is because more than half of all profiles are fake. After all, what 18-21 year old, beautiful, PhD educated woman needs to find love on a singles site?

RE: is language important on conversation between peop

If I am living in another (foreign) country with a different language I do not expect people to know my language and so I had better learn theirs. If a foreign person is living in MY country I expect them to learn my country's language. I live in Florida and people who do not even try to learn the language used to bother me a lot. However, last year I was in a cafe and a group of kids were walking by, talking (in English) when one of them started up in Spanish. The other kids stopped him and admonished him: "In English, man! What a difference a generation makes!"

RE: Too tanned!!!!!

Look at my picture. I live in south Florida. Some fool earlier accused me of lying on my profile because I said I am Caucasian. I am Caucasian. This is what is called "a tan". rolling on the floor laughing

RE: Men's Eyes

People ask us to review their pictures and the most obvious faults I see are people who do not open their eyes and people who do not smile in their pictures. A little Visine goes a long way in photography, makes you look healthier and shows off your eye color.

RE: Houdini

It's like digging for gold. You have to shift a ton of mud to find 1 gram of the good stuff. And sometimes there isn't any gold at all.
