thanx guys for all your advice,iam seeing a Councillor on monday just to talk to see if i need it i new myself i wasnt feeling right,i had been in a relationship for 6 years and now im on my own so i think that had something to do with it,i will give these tabs ago and the sessions,and ill take one day at a time

the jlc rates are 8:65 per hour most irish people will not work for that,thats why they hire a lot of foreign people,who they now that need to work and have too,to stay in the country,dont get me wrong itchywitch i think its a descrace but it is a fact,
