Your "tiny pieces tomorrow comment" made me remember a friend that would make vegetable soup and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of days to let the solids "ferment" and make the broth much tastier.
I am a food pig and I can't even wait til it gets off the stove!! HEE HEE
Your dish sounds delicious. If you ever think about it you should photograph it and show us!
Have you opened your eyes? You just have to be ready!
Yesterday at work this young lady by the name of Maria was checking this young man by the name of Peter out from head to toe. Peter likes this young lady, but he didn't notice. Granpa (me) did and I let Peter know. Peter said, "Man, I gotta bust a move".
I think people that I have observed where one is doing there own thing while the other just sits at home is one example I have seen. So yes, I believe sometimes they do!
In America these are called bribes and anyone even asking for a bribe to help you recoup your money is an immediate jail sentence. American judges, usually attorneys, would face being disbarred as well as getting lengthy prison sentence. BUT!! It has happened here too but very very rarely.
Nice seeing you on the blogs and I hope we see you more often.
Yes, I would say you did the right thing. I would now lose contact with her completely.
Many years ago I was having problems and this friend welcomed me to his home! EXCEPT!! And I didn't know it, his wife was having problems with him because my ex-buddy was having drinking problems. So with me there it made things worse for her.
She booted us out and we moved into this apartment together. I got a job and he just kept drinking. Pretty soon he became belligerent and I took off.
25 years later he contacted me on FB and I still said "No". I'm not mad but things like that from the past don't need to be rehashed. It would just be a pain in the neck.
If you would have kept doing these things for her this "friend" will somehow be a pain in the neck for you.
It all depends on your English knowledge and taste!
The King James version has older English which drives me batty with it's "thou's" and other words not used much anymore.
The more contemporary versions like the one I use, NIV (New International Version), is a study bible which defines the "mysteries", the parables and the customs people argued about during the time these books were written.
A staff of theologists have done a fine job of interpretation and even saying when something is not certain! These versions are done in plain every day English!
RE: THOSE WHO ARE LUKEWARM IN JESUS CHRIST
