The best things in life come in free. Sometimes the joy we get from pets is more than what we get from humans. Hey Ed! Congratulations in advance on the new grandson. Take care of yourself. Big hugs for them pets too.
... Fear for the future of my children and my grandchildren.. The world is getting worst but ironically technology is getting better ijust hope for a balance between the two
38. I have a lot left to learn. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that I know almost nothing, and that I’m often wrong about what I think I know. Life has many lessons left to teach me, and I’m looking forward to them all.
13. You will miss a ton, but that’s OK. We’re so caught up in trying to do everything, experience all the essential things, not miss out on anything important … that we forget the simple fact that we cannot experience everything. That physical reality dictates we’ll miss most things. We can’t read all the good books, watch all the good films, go to all the best cities in the world, try all the best restaurants, meet all the great people. But the secret is: life is better when we don’t try to do everything. Learn to enjoy the slice of life you experience, and life turns out to be wonderful. 14. Mistakes are the best way to learn. Don’t be afraid to make them. Try not to repeat the same ones too often. 15. Failures are the stepping stones to success. Without failure, we’ll never learn how to succeed. So try to fail, instead of trying to avoid failure through fear. 16. Rest is more important than you think. People work too hard, forget to rest, and then begin to hate their jobs. In fitness, you see it constantly: people training for a marathon getting burned out because they don’t know how to let their straining muscles and joints recover. People who try to do too much because they don’t know that rest is where their body gets stronger, after the stress. 17. There are few joys that equal a good book, a good walk, a good hug, or a good friend. All are free. 18. Fitness doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a long process, a learning process, something that happens in little bits over a long period. I’ve been getting fit for five years now, and I still have more to learn and do. But the progress I’ve made has been amazing, and it’s been a great journey.
Loving more can be destructive. As I have (based on my past relationships) experienced. I DID not love more, they loved me more and it just imploded on them. Too much too soon. But anyhow, it's not the blog is all about.. My take, i too am experimenting on the I love you more thing but trudging On with a bit more caution. Not to dig in too deep. It's a dangerous game. We ll always end up emotionally drained and hurt having unrequited love. If you know the rules of your own game then head on and jump in. Be sure to come out unscathed and satisfied. As with the 'what if, he doesn't like me' , can't do much on that. It appears more like having a crush. Love that feeling tho.
Put it this way, compatibility without chemistry is a sureball for failure same is true for chemistry null of compatibility. Should be a combination of both. Same with choosing a car, does the car make u or do you make the car (look and feel good).. Generally, as complex beings we end up having what we don't want. We have a set of preconceived qualifications for a partner but always ( In most cases) end up with the wrong one. The question is not about choosing but making do with what we can have at the moment and enjoying it.
Helpless blues- fleet foxes, it's real- real state, everybody's changing- keane, bitter sweet symphony- the verve, drive by - train, Adrift- jack johnson, love like you're dying- lenka, hopeful transmission- coldplay, some nights-fun.. Here's just a few.. Depending on your type of music. Have a safe trip Choco
Yes happy independence day on the 12th! We embrace freedom from foreign hands but are still shackled from within. All the corruption and red tape that permeates our government prevents us frOm enjoying this freedom. Nonetheless, mabuhay nag perlas ng silanganan! Hi S
WE are the epitome of a very successful experiment gone bad.. highly adptable with brains that compensates our lack of physical prowess. we were not created with specialized attributes to survive in harsh environments but were given brains to think and manipulate our environment to our advantage. we were created as the weakest in the chain but the strongest too, intellectually speaking. would stooping down to the levels of the animals below our heirarchy make us any more perfect? our characters as humans are deeply flawed thus making no better than wild animals. hi D
Bangungot.. In proper English, just for the sake of it being explained and named, pancreatitis. Best is consult your doctor. Remember Rico Yan? Take care L.
