I strongly believe that the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism works to burn fats . so weight training in short bursts of 4 sets of 8 reps on 1/3 of the maximum you can carry for 4 mins a day will burn more fats . but there's a basic foundation for this ... 3 very important basics

we call it the wet market for poultry. .seafoods...meat ..muslim amd non muslim. .. lots amd lot s of vegetables and fruits...and yes most of the time they are friendly. .. . at least we can haggle for a discount but the supermarket s are expensive and mostly about foods that contains jigh level of sugars....

now I got the added task to seek justice by applying to small claim tribunal court because they threatened to Sue me If I ignored them with the terms and conditions that've signed on- the receipt . I went to seek advise to CASE which handles consumers complaints. Was told it is a common problem.
I know I was lied to but it's my word against the shop but their receipts is their undoing so this week I have to file my compliant.
my boss said I lost some weight..and my working mates are trying to borrow what I have been saving so far,out of compassion I have lend 150dollars to two mates each. this is my foot print of my tasks and mistakes.
I tend to forget my struggles and my commitment, the road is long and I have Just started, this is my story and an example of what to do and not to do. to motivate, learn and remind my self that I will not fade or waste away like some of the homeless I've met along the way.

If so I would have to wait 4 years for it to be built.by that time I came to know my mum is now in a welfare home for the aged.went to see her and reassure her that the pets are safe.next I went for medical review so that I can take my medication for high blood and diabetes. they also took ECG scan... then the doctor gave me a knock out! he said I got weird readings that indicates a weak heart and need to seems specialist for an opinion. . that appointment is in Aug.
Was upset but I brush it off. . more important task to think about. next I ask the officer in charge of my mum to bring her to HDB to seek a rented flat ASAP. I have to produce my birth cert,dad death cert, mum marriage cert, my boss letter of employment letter,my mum and mine social security nest funds.
and to add stupidity to the equation, I was conned of 250dollars for a brand new Samsung Tab 3 8.0 !!! only to be told it's a membership price IF I BOUGHT THE 2years membership which costs 1400dollars plus in a mobile shop in Chinatown.

its a three prone plan, one as a porter I get the necessary workout two I'm high blood pressure and diabetes get fast medical attention and proper guidance three I will eat healthy food there
so I know where I want to go. . . God of Israel please protect me and give me strength and the will power coz from here is where the real battle begins. . ,
