Well, Mr. Paul, I don't have to find out. I totally resonate with your estimated calculation - personal experience still, this isn't considered "a miracle" It's much more about determination, perseverance, endurance patient and faith that it all will be worth wile in the end.

I'm not really surprised to learn today from you that this is clearly an epidemic occurrence spread out over the entire archipelago. I'm living in one of those places you've mentioned and I gave up having staff many years ago. Houses, gardens and pools are high maintenance in the tropics - they'll easily come alive . I used to feel so uncomfortable having staff cleaning around me that I've started to stay out until they were done with their work until I started to feel like a homeless person. I gave up the pool, the big garden and maintain now house AND my peace of mind.
Let's not forget to mention PRIVACY cos after all we're a village and staff loves to talk and laugh - mainly about their bosses and I'm glad I've tuned out of that as well - some things I really don't need to know about my neighbors
So, I've to get back to my laundry..

Mr. Imramrose, I've just read the Steinbeck novel summary - thanks for that one - and let me tell you that there's no shrimps talking to any clam further more there are no similarity whatsoever.
