And sometimes it just helps, being able to write it all done, while I‘m waiting that time goes past and the first of 6 nights is over. And if anyone wants to swap houses, no prob, just make me a sensible offer.

I eat about 2kg choc every day, and in between the normal meals and before and after as well. It is, make your joke about it, bloody hard work, always eating. No fun anymore, just eat for the sake of it. Happy to change

She managed to get out of it, was wandering round, banged at a door, but, the owner just smashed the door in front of her, closed it and the two little boys fallen into the water. As you once already gave up smoking, now try it again, well knowing, that you’ll start smoking in February again, well, I think it is rather stupid. Congratulations for reducing the smoking. I’ve stopped about 5 years ago, well, did not smoke as much as you do, round 10 a day, but still too many. I just happened form one sec to the other. I’ve looked at the cigarettes and thought they were awful and stunk. The end of a smoker career. May I ask you, what kind of op you have to be done? To loos kg is also always to recommend, as too heavy is always a risk for the heart, bone, liver blood pressure etc. And, as you probably have to stay in hospital for a while, well, best what you do now, just get ride of the bad habits, smoking, especially before your sleep. Better go for a short walk round the house, only a few min. open the windows of your bedroom for about 10 min. and make sure, it is not warmer then max. 18°. I guarantee you, you’ll sleep better. If you weak up during the night, drink some tea or milk or water, no alcohol nor coffee. Just look at your age and for sure it will be a good reason to get ride of the bad habits and take on some good ones. Life is too short to be damaged extra. Good morning Simmo1. If all that is really true, about the car, you did exactly the right thing, no doubt about that. My son now is 1.75m tall, taller then me, but not yet 18years old. He exactly knows how to behaviour, in case something similar would happen to me, in the car. He can drive my car, as I always teach him. He would pass the test for the licence easily, but still to young to do so. In my opinion it is very important, that children, from a certain age on, have to be instructed, not to panicking, but knowing what to do, who to call etc. It also can save their life! You are not a criminal, you saved your mum’s and your life. Well done.
