maybe something wrong with me a friend of mine forced me to take part in Zumba lesson.... I did not like at all! Too much exercises (damaging joints) done in wrong way with oxygen debt
I recommend jogging, the best work out, easiest way to keep fit, get rid of stress and be slim

But once you enjoyed and you like... go for it!

I am an "Action Woman" I never deal with emotions, all I do according the set up- plan and I move step by step till the end.
I ask people to ACT. Pls, do what is possible to do.
If it is any way how to support, write, sign up any law document to force any government to act, I will take part in.
Just do not expect me to erupt feelings, please.
