Just watched an old rerun of Mork and Mindy today, and that was the beginning of a great star...just think, he was just starting out then, and just think, even then he showed the brilliance, that would show his trademark, as probably one of the greatest comics that ever lived.
Too bad his life had to end as tragically as it did, I guess that depression can happen to anyone, at anytime, and I guess he figured this was the only way to handle it, the wrong way, of course.
May he rest in peace, I hope he's in a happy place now.

I did the same thing the other day, in fact I did it twice in about a week or so...I have been playing 5 pin bowling for over 30 years, now decided I wanted to join a 10 pin league as well. I didn't know what weight of ball I should try, so I put my fingers in the holes to try it for size, finally chose a 12 lb. ball. It is so different from the 5 pin ball, heavier more awkward to throw, and you're correct it's a lot harder, I also threw some wild shots, but did gradually get better as it got going...my average was nowhere near the scores I've been accustomed to in 5 pin, barely over 100 (102 to be exact) each time, I bowl around 160 or better in 5 pin. I have bowled 6 games total in practice so far, and yes I still plan to join the league too. Its something to improve on.
I would recommend that you keep trying, its a lot of fun, you will gradually get better as you keep doing it.
It's very hard, I'm still trying to find someone nice to just talk to for now. Most of the people in here seem to want to play games, chat with others. If this were just a normal dating site I think the chances would be much better.
I'm thinking the regular way is the way to do it, you meet a person in person, if you know where to look and to find someone who is available, are looking for the same things that you are interested in.
Once you find that someone, they are interested, the rest should be easy, start talking with them, get to know each other better, gradually build up a friendship first, hopefully as time goes on it gets serious...then who knows where that leads...hopefully long term and then marriage.
But the hardest part is to just get started, both parties in here must be interested in talking, it can't be a one way thing. Trying to find the other half is the most difficult part of all of this.
As far as trying to find a sincere, honest person in here, who wants a potential serious relationship, I really don't know, I'm trying it and am not getting much luck.
I wish you good luck in your hunting for someone nice, either it be in here, or elsewhere, and either by internet dating or the normal way, in person.
No...definitely not, I`m 58 yrs. old now, I don't expect any potential wife to want or to be expected to have any children, she probably has some already also.
If I was about 20-30 years younger, perhaps, but not at this stage of my life. I`m sure the woman would feel the same way.
I will not rate/respond to a profile that has anything else but a photo of the person, I think even the profiles that don't have photos shouldn't get a response either, I have known these people will not respond to anyone who doesn't have a photo in their profiles.
You've hit the nail on the head. Once you put that ring on her finger it's like the old ball and chain.
Before you put that ring on her finger you have the chance to dump her if she starts causing problems...and she knows it, so she's as nice as she can be, once that ring is on, she starts showing her true self, and there's really nothing much the guy can do about it much...Yes it's like going through hell.

I could never understand your question either, I see she's in here, she knows I'm here too, I'm the one who has to say something first, even then it takes a while to get the point.
