So, it would be safe to assume if humans have a purpose (as we have been lead to believe that we all have a purpose with this life)....this purpose is then therefore confined within the scope of our birth and our death. You mention collective wisdom. Then with that, one could then question is this purpose meant to be on a singular level or a collective level.

I am sure you have heard of the Fountain of Youth. It was believed to be something that really existed.

s1, pretty deep stuff and an interesting read. I caught attention to what you say about intelligence and outer space. If you mean literally, .....could you imagine if there is other intelligent life out there....life everywhere out there....and we have been just focused on this single planet and its repetitive offerings of things that could not match anything to a universe full of life.
