Then In shape when I moved to Bakersfield and now Lifetime Fitness nationwide.

Thanks Chancer. I am a witness to so many who neglected their bodies and it's sad. The eating of corporate induced foods are our biggest problems. Convenience foods are bad.

Ozzy, age is just a number. Quite honestly? Not bragging but children say I'm like 35 years old. Full of energy and joy. I still do 200 push up a day and two hours three times a week on the treadmill.
So being 61 means nothing to me.
