It's one of those fuzzy words that can mean anything that you want it to mean. Everybody has relationships because people relate to one another on various levels, but you can't have relations with your relations or relatives, not even in the relative sense of the word.
I grew up on this stuff. It was cheap and tasty. We used to take a bread roll or a slice of bread, spread a little butter on it and then spread a little Nutella on top. We couldn't afford meat and sliced cheese when I was little. I love the stuff! Pity it's so fattening.
Well, dyslexia isn't the norm and people who aren't dyslexic still have to produce legal or medical documents. Imagine your doctor writing a prescription for drugs where only the first and last letter matches. Care to gamble what the pharmacist will give you?
Hi Cat True enough. This reminds me of a joke from a stand-up comedian where he said he always wears colorful shirts (Hawaiian shirts) because they fit and because every time he goes to the "hood" nobody thinks he's up to no good. You can't be hard/bad and colorful...
Anything can be hacked esp. if it runs on a mobile phone platform. They're the least secure devices. Use an email that you use exclusively for online purposes and don't link your phone to facebook and google or anything else for that matter.
They are in Texas. Several famous high-profile examples. One Walmart heir, one of the richest women in the world, repeatedly drives drunk, killed a person. Guilty beyond a doubt. The police officer was suspended and the records all mysteriously disappeared. Laura Bush (GWs wife) killed a woman in a car accident. No charges were even filed. The heir to the Budwiser fortune killed someone. No charges filed. The police officer was silenced. That's not a secret. You can read up on this on wiki.
At least your guy was charged and did some time. Our super rich don't even get charged in the first place.
Hi NJ Transplant here. It sounds as if he wasn't quite as committed as you were. I am sorry you're hurting, truly. The best advice I can give you is to get rid of the memorabilia, put the photos away, remove them from the computer, delete his email, remove his fb from yours, etc. Stop contact completely and think about him as little as possible. The longer you hang on, the longer you will hurt. Don't look to find out what he's doing or how he's doing. Cut the chord, completely. It's hard, I know, but you'll save yourself a lot of pain. You can always revisit the memories in a year or two or when you've found someone new.
Agree. You don't want to make the same mistake twice (or even thrice). Still, the only things you can change is you. Whenever things go sour, there are two people involved and neither is entirely innocent. You can make better choices in terms of partner though. It reminds me a bit of women who choose the same bad boys over and over and expecting different results. Give it some time and reflect if for no other reason than to be sure you're not going down the same path again. Best of luck.
Of course it's not wrong. It's tough though. You can rid yourself of everything that reminds you of the old life (many of us divorcees do), but you can't run from what's in your head. You know the old saying: Wherever you go, there you are.
Yes. I don't "date." I'm not wasting my time with that. If I were out looking to score, then I'd date as many guys as possible, but I'm not, so I don't. If you see someone you like and you're both interested in a serious LTR, you go about things totally different than you do on a date. The emphasis then is on getting to know a person, rather than getting him/her in the sack. That's just m.o.
The older the bull the softer the horn, cupcake but nice try. Saw a docu on China and dating in China. They make no bones about it being about money esp. if they only have 1 child.
What do you mean you didn't enjoy proofing a translation from German into English I did legal translations when I was at Uni so I can appreciate the sentiment. At least it was a trade manual and not some seedy divorce dispute
Hey Sally Right you ask what blog means to me. I use it to write stuff that I have on my mind. Could be anything from serious to funny. It's my own opinion and unlike in the threads, it's really not up for discussion. If I want to put something up for everyone to comment (good or bad) I put it in the forum. Here, it's more personal and people can give input, but it's not a discussion or place to argue. That's my own view.
Yes, you're right, if you want to get to know someone then blogging comments are a great way to do it and to email. No argument from me. I agree with you.
He doesn't want participation and he doesn't want to get to know anybody. His choice, you know . I can hear you thinking: then what's the point of being here and yes, I'd agree, but we are different people. He has his reasons for doing what he does and he's not bothering anybody, so I think we should just let him be.
I sometimes wonder why he's copying all of youtube's music videos , but hey.. you know.. whatever floats his boat
Sands, home turf, grass, playing field. I know you're smart enough to know exactly what I'm saying. Having a level playing field makes all the difference in the world. :-) ... but if you want grass, you can always come to CO, WA and CA. We got lots
It's everybody's choice. Just don't worry about it :-) Sometimes when I write something political, I don't allow comments anymore because I don't want to argue. Funny stuff, I allow comments because everybody can have a laugh.
Sola, so are you guilty of doing something bad to someone in the first place? (Sometimes men say or do things without even realizing what they did). Just asking.
Rain, that's certainly possible. If you want to know the truth, you might talk to a local reporter who covered the issue or someone from an oppositional political party or your city councilman/woman. If they expand, you may not be able to sell at a decent price in the future or, worst case scenario, the government will buy your house at market value and force you out and yes, they can do that esp for something like an airport even if the airport is privately owned.
You'll find out when he dumps you for a younger/different version and you can't get a job because all you know is how to make kids and cook and you're too old to find a new husband
RE: Ok, who has this problem in their country?
Saw that video some time ago. That really is too funny !! Enjoyed rewatching it esp. the guy running all the way to his car
