Here we have what may be a prime example of Russian intelligence using social media to bolster Putin's puppet Trump. Why does Moscow like Trump? He gives them what they want. He even campaigned on the USA turning its back on its allies, even saying that was a possibility in at least one of the nationally televised debates. Even the Senate Intelligence Committee-- led by Trump's own party-- found that Russia is doing this. Here:

"What do people think is going to take the place of heating homes?" I wonder why you failed to mention solar and geothermal energy. I've got solar panels on my roof. My energy bills have gone down and property value gone up as a result.

If you think electric power is expensive, weigh it against life on this planet. We are in the midst of the greatest mass extinction since the dinosaurs, yet the powers-that-be are placing greater importance on oil profits than on the well-being of the only planet in the universe we know to be capable of sustaining life. Unlike what caused the disappearance of the dinosaurs, it's not the result of a natural event or a series of natural events. It's because of what humans are doing to this planet. You could do your part, but it seems you'd rather not be inconvenienced.

If you had an iota of understanding about global climate, you would know that brief, local occurrences of weather are not an indicator of long-term trends. Please learn the difference between weather and climate. The scientific community has been warning about global warming for decades and it continues to do so unwaveringly. For most, that is catastrophic. For you, increased desertification means that you will have yet more sand in which to bury your head.

Seriously, you are heartless if you see an innocent, obviously abandoned little kitten and do nothing to get him a safe place, even though he followed you, desperate for affection and safety. You know how dangerous it is for stray animals in China, yet you shrugged it off by saying that he belongs outside. Well, no, he does NOT! Even in the USA, allowing cats outside decreases their life expectancy by 60%. Having been in China, having been married to a Chinese woman, and having Chinese friends, I know it's worse there.
I rescue cats. I know the dangers they face when they're abandoned.
