RE: Finally Free

At last you have shown a photo of yourself with your two friends either side. Well done!
Now, maybe you should change your name to:-
Micky monkey.

HALLOWEEN

Some of these characters exist most days of the week and are just pests without brains. Probably zombies.

NEW BRITISH PM APPOINTED TODAY.

Trussbot and the new chancellor have caused some chaos in the financial markets, and the conservative MPs have disagreed with her policy on reducing taxation of the richest people, causing her to back track and u turn. This is just the start of problems, and no doubt more trouble ahead.

ARE ALL GOOD DEEDS SELFISH?

Also consider that when people do things to please you, why are they doing these things? It is because of some reward that they gain. If it's love, then they must want something from you to satisfy their desire. That may be closeness or a recognition of their physical presence or more. If they cease to show love, then they are not receiving the mental and physical benefit they once experienced, and so you can be dispensed with. They no longer have anything to gain.

ARE ALL GOOD DEEDS SELFISH?

Good points there with lots of situations that you would feel were justifiable acts of charity or kindness. But, consider a religious person who felt that in order to please God and consequently be rewarded, they would perform these acts without public recognition. Helping a blind child in some way would bring satisfaction and a good feeling, and so would boost the person's mental state. To ignore the child would bring on a guilty feeling and a nagging concern that help should have been given. To alleviate this regret it would be better to help.
To dive on a grenade to save a platoon would be an exception to the act of selfishness. But a rare event.

ARE ALL GOOD DEEDS SELFISH?

Merlot
Yes. It probably does boost your endorphin release, so another good reason to perform charitable acts. But, of course, if that is the reason for the act, then it is done for one's own benefit, and the individual receiving the attention is lucky you are around and in search of a mental boost.

ARE ALL GOOD DEEDS SELFISH?

Unfayzed
Yes. So what if people are greedy? Who cares?
You're right. It doesn't matter as long as you realise that the motivation is for self gratification.

ARE ALL GOOD DEEDS SELFISH?

Putin is an example of someone who doesn't think or care about the consequences of his actions. He only seeks personal gratification. There is no other reward. He is immune to the death and destruction he causes. If there was any other reward, then he would seek it. He uses others to fulfil his desire, and so be selects certain other world leaders that would boost his confidence, eg China, north Korea, Hungary, Turkey, India, Brazil. He couldn't care less really about them, but they serve a purpose.

APOPHIS THE ASTEROID

How an asteroid could be taken off its course of travel has now been tried with the deliberate collision of a spacecraft smashing into a much smaller asteroid called DIMORPHOS. Whether it has been effective will soon be known.

ANCIENT ASTRONAUT THEORIES

If this subject interests you, then there is loads of info for you to do your research and enable you to make an informed decision on contact with extra terrestrials since the beginning of time, including archaeological discoveries, witness accounts and written texts by ancient civilisations. Two air force personnel actually saw and touched a craft.

ANCIENT ASTRONAUT THEORIES

Dragons were what the early Chinese civilization thought were responsible for the fire and flight through the sky which brought their emperor to earth, and would then return him when he had instructed the people about aspects of life. They didn't know about space craft, and so described what they saw as a fiery dragon.
The same type of visitations occured at different parts of the planet, hence the appearance of dragon statues and hiraglyphics which civilizations used to describe anything with fire and travel in the sky. Sometimes they would confuse what they saw with fiery chariots. How else could they describe a craft in the sky that was unfamiliar in those times.

RE: Good night

Chinese food is full of salt and preservatives. Any creature is eaten and sold in markets. That's why COVID spread throughout the world. Bats, dogs, cats are all consumed and sold in markets. Some animals still alive and waiting to be purchased and slaughtered. Quite disgusting.

STATE FUNERAL RISK

I'll take that as you can't decide, put in a passive annoyed state.

STATE FUNERAL RISK

Well, I suppose the situations when you can heckle or protest should be written down and made law. You can't have someone making there own choice, as it may draw attention to their position and be inconvenient to anyone around. It should be done quietly and preferably out of public sight, and with consideration to those in the vicinity.
Or maybe there should be no restrictions unless physical harm or obstruction is threatened as a result.
Which would you choose?

RE: If I could have a ‘sit-down’ with our GOD/CREATOR….:hmmm:

I thought God created us in his image. According to the scriptures.
But of course the appearance of a god or god's was really beings with superior intelligence who appeared in the sky to characters like Moses. They were considered to be god's because nothing else was known to the civilisation that could travel in the sky.
They appeared in order to present a set of rules to be followed in order to try to civilise the people, hence the 10 commandments.

Sorry. I should have read your blog properly.
thumbs up

STATE FUNERAL RISK

Apparently 500 invitations were sent out to countries, including China, which has annoyed some members of parliament due to China's human rights record.

STATE FUNERAL RISK

The press seem to be focused on the position of Harry and William actually walking side by side. What are they supposed to do? Stay 100 yards back from each other?

If you were in a position to question an attentive god, what would you ask?

How do we know that the Queen is in the coffin? It could be a dummy and the real body somewhere else. A security precaution perhaps?
dunno

ANCIENT ASTRONAUT THEORIES

People with tattoos could be trying subconsciously to recreate their ancestral connection to reptiles. The more tattoos, the stronger the connection. dunno

ANCIENT ASTRONAUT THEORIES

David Icke is a guy who brought attention to himself sometime ago by stating that he was the new Messiah. He was consequently ridiculed. He now has jumped on the band wagon of ancient astronaut theorists in order to try and regain that attention, as he realises the popularity of this movement. LP

RE: That's a question

I think Chinese women are beautiful, but I've never had a relationship with one, so I am curious as to their type of personality. Television documentaries portray Chinese women as being spoiled by their parents, as they are usually an only child, and they seek a male partner who must be of a certain financial standing. Is that true or not? If not, then the programmes have misrepresented the facts.

When is the best time to protest. Surely it must be when it can attract the most attention. Otherwise it would not be effective. But maybe it was unwise at this funeral. Though to be arrested for verbal comment reduces the liberty of free speech. Does it not?

Yes. We have god to thank for creating the instinct for war. If only he had made us more appreciative of one another.

You said, Western people, which includes women. So we are all predictable and one eyed in your opinion. If anyone is predictable it's you. The question was directed at the blogger not you, so you must learn to avoid butting in and not be so predictable.

Thanks for that. Biden and his wife + security would of course be the exception. The rest must queue at a bus stop. Unless of course they refuse. It is only a request and hope that they abide by this procedure.

RE: That's a question

Fargo
I don't think western women are predictable or one eyed. How can you think such a thing?

RE: That's a question

Kiya
Do you think that Chinese women can be romantic?
Or are they only happy with someone wealthy?
