BC, We are all responsible for ourselves. Our successes, failures, and most importantly, our own happiness. Others, such as friends, partners, and after our younger years, parents and family, are involved, but only in minor ways. An idea with much merit, Nam. Could work, at least much better than what goes on now. Who knows, might also help (community policing, shoe leather officer pairs, schmoozing about, etc.). Combined with a few other things, might just also help with the real elephant in the room on murder of blacks.
