Well, bad language is needed when people are too angry to remember any words in English and Need To Be Told

The tone of voice is fairly universal, as is the internation f swearie. I was quite pleased to find merde hasn't changed much (mierde!) I'm not a big swearer but sometimes only having English and Afrikaans to cuss in is limiting. Afrikaans is by FAR the most satisfying whether you hit your thumb with a hammer or want to tell someone their fortune, but so few people understand the results

Some are more broken than others, but everyone is. So perfect isn't an option, here or anywhere else. If you find someone you like who likes you, you're ahead of the game and can either deal with the damage or step carefully round it for as long as the togetherness lasts

I always have paper and pen in my bag and generally leave a note on the windscreen. I know the sort of person who would do that is unlikely to be converted by a note on the windscreen but it lets me vent which is good for my continued wellbeing.

Bouncing the car out is the most satisfying, though. We used to do that a LOT back in my younger days and I'd pitch in like a shot to help now but people are more not-my-problem these days

Ish I tried either that or something very similar a few years ago, when I used to take the dog for longer walks in quieter places. Quick sprint, walk, quick sprint. Wow, I thought, this is easy! Brilliant! Well I thought that after the first sprint. Flagging after the second. Dog had to eventually drag me home boy does the impact mount up

I will go onto higher protein, smaller meals, my comfort-level of fasting, housework at Hiit levels, zumba, and post a full length photo of the spectacular results in, well, a little while.

Ken, yup, did a Zumba workout x 20 minutes x 3 to 4 times a week for about 5 years and yup, as the weight comes off you shape up nicely. I stopped during the 6 months of building work and have been trying to get back into it again.

And yes I know, do or do not, there is no try.

I will start tomorrow! Before teaching? no, I'll be red in the face for class. After teaching is when I have my first meal of the day, and walk the dog, and -

Molly, no regrets. Tell you what, though, I've been watching some New Life In The Sun episodes lately and if I had watched those before, I'd never have done it, I've been incredibly lucky

Couple of times I'd have crashed and burned without Z, too. I'd phone him almost in tears and he'd work out how to solve the problem, then get it sorted. He should be an adviser on that show!

We have no idea whether animals have spiritual beliefs - many of them live in communities and some, like elephants, have been known to go to a specific place to die.

If they watch us (and if I were an animal with such a dangerous neighbouring species I would for sure watch) they have no idea whether we have spiritual beliefs. Unless they noticed a small percentage of humans gather together for an hour or two out of a week to roar and squeak in a sort of disharmony, and speculated that we too might have a form of belief similar to theirs ...

Molly, I'm basing that on the photos that go with Big & Beautiful and anyway I can't do the Beautiful part

Curvy I believe traditionally consists of overlapping curves and so long as the biggest are in front and on top, they receive no complaints. After half a lifetime of riding horses, by far my best and most popular curve is behind me. Unless I am to walk everywhere backwards and bent gracefully forwards to display its still-effective firm contours, it counts as a bonus and not the main attraction.
