As a traveler for a couple of decades Ive lost connections to family and friends. Mostly my fault. So now I've grounded myself, I need to reconnect...baby steps ya see. I love sales and the moneys great, but always loved my free time afterwards. When do we grow up and really reach out? Its new for me, in my personal life. So Im looking to open my life more I would say. As it should be really. Always been very independant and very content. After all it was the step-dad and not people in general who was cruel to me, to close me up. Work has always been the saviour to my spirit, connecting, finding love there, and growing as a person. But we should grow in other ways as well...today this is my reach. This is my longing.
Well know how do I get my APP in front of 3 million drivers lol. Maybe need to talk with a few hundred drivers at truck stop using surveys to see what they do on their smart phones now to get information they need and entertainment they want. Or join some trucker forums I suppose. hmmmm?

well today i discovered I can do a 360 with my air with minor discomfort. man it was scary there for awhile. wasn't sure Id ever get my arm back. I did pray a fewtimes and gave thanks for inspiring me to research it and the symptoms. i had no clue what it was stoping me from using my shoulder. so recovery is doing well id say at this point. more water, increased circulation, no fried foods, vitamin daily, exercse the arm and joint. im so happy.lol
I have to say the shoulder is 70% better today. And I can push my arm out from my side if my arm is bent. which is much better. Lifting above my head and touching the top of my head is OK, hurts somewhat through the range of motion and a little on the way back down . so I can cook and do dishes and use two hands for dressing now. lol water vitamins change of diet yepper and exercise it theraputically
