Yes, the last few have been very damaged individuals, unfortunately that has worked against them. Hopefully the next few will see justice done. or the angry mob does what the courts seem reluctant to do.

I dont beleve you are an investor. Yes gold is the go to. any fool sees that on the nightly news. You're comparing gold as a specific with the market as a general, and one market in particular, in comparison to a market value.

I think most Scottish or Irish women can bench press at least 100-140kg of spuds. Whereas, most Asian women can only benchpress 65-80kg of rice. you just have to decide which is more important really.

We had a hepatitis scare her a few years back from frozen Cheinese berries. I'd never eat them or buy them, regardless of origin now. Then there was the frozen lasagne scandal with horse meat from Ireland, I'd never buy that again either, not that we ever imported frozen lasagne from Ireland anyway...

It all started in Hong Kong. They dont have a lot of warehouse space so its delivered on demand. The JIT (just in time) theory.
So that means if there's a problem and the daily boat doesen't come. things like TP run out very quickly.
How that translated to my country, several paper plantations and mills having gone bust recently due to lack of demand, to said mills being reopened and running 24 hours a day now, and still far from meeting demand... We have the same number of bumholes needing wiping each day.
Its a strange mental illness, there has always been enough for everyone to have a lot more than they need. I havent seen a single roll for sale for about 6 weeks, I'm about to start my last 8-pack. It is rdidc that I have to think maybe 2 months ahead for such things.
