Well, as a special treat for writing such a great blog, I can announce here exclusively that my blog was open for 20 minutes and nobody got a comment in. So who's laughing now hey ladies?
Sorry Bloody, didnt realise that was for me... yeah, about 4 or 5 hours is enough sleep for me. That last post, I made at lunchtime. I never sleep at lunchtime.
Well, I guess one and a half outta three aint bad, not crazy about kiwis (though that could change this friday), and like all of us that are here a lot, maybe dont have a huge amount happening. Why you have such an issue with my looks, and want a picture of me, you've got to work that out for yourself.
I think the sarcastic comments go both ways, I'm sure we both consider ourselves wittier than the other. Thats life. You make a blog, people comment. you can close comments as we have recently seen, or you can delete them individually, up to you big fella.
You complain about my picture, but didnt you get smacked for using the identical one on your profile to try and cause trouble?
It really is like a breath of fresh air. Like an oasis in the desert. Everybody is sick and tired of the same old same old, and so a revolution is occurring. People have had enough, and as a last resort, disabled comments. So basically, you can be part of the problem or part of the solution.
Tell him you'll give him another chance, so long as you can still see your current boyfriend on the side. It does not matter that you dont have one, I think his reaction will show you what its all about...
Yes, its a process of disproving stuff.. Thats how we end up with Newtons law and Darwins theory. Mathematics is always involved, as is logic etc. In science, it is generally accepted to be wrong 1 time in 20 (p05?), whereas with humanities its generally 1 in 10 times (p10?). Its kind of a protocol so we are not comparing apples to oranges.
The brain can do amazing things, like reading a whole page with all the vowels taken out of the words etc...
I once did a comprehension test, read a paragraph and answer questions about it. The paragraph was all about smoking and the effects of it, I cant remember the questions but the answers were all counter intuitive... Like does smoking cause cancer? and the correct answer was we dont know (even though we certainly do).
My theory on the matter, is that the two sides of the brain momentarily operate a fraction of a second differently. I remember as a teenager getting a deja vu feeling fairly often, to a point where one time I yelled stop! I know how this conversation goes! and they say- oh yeah? how? And then I couldnt say.
So, I think its the same when you have a random thought, and the slower side of the brain is like- yes, I already heard that somewhere before... kind of thing.
Maybe you should have mentioned it at bible study- can we get this over and done with, because afterwards I'm going out drinking and dancing with some random guy off the internet?
This is the new way of managing the blog comment situation.
