I think your defense is flawed by putting the onus on the deer. Simply tell the game warden/judge that you are gender fluid. Your defense as a polyamorous hunter caused you not recognize the gender of the the deer therefore making the specifics of the tag invalid...or use a bow at night...either way you're a poacher!
