Well no, actually; this depends on the strain, AND the viral load from the initial infection...
When they say a (covid vaccine) offers 70% protection, after 2 doses (say)...this means that there is a 70% chance of not contracting the thing, in the first place.
Also, symptoms in vaxxed people are MUCH less severe IF the virus is contracted...
In addition, there is a much less chance of a properly vaxxed person suffering Long Covid...
You might notice that I'm speaking two languages, here, (that would be English and Common Sense)..........
When people complain about a "lack of free speech" in the West; I say: compare this freedom to a number of other countries in the world, where there is NO freedom of speech, whatsoever....(I think that we all know the main culprits, here)..
Of course, I don't expect to change the world; but these two things...
1) belief in a "God thing" thus neatly abrogates Man from All of His Responsibilities to the Planet, upon which He/She lives (outsourcing all problems to some fictional Invisible Man in the Sky) is a copout and should be seen as such....
Yes, this is actually my point; although some blogs have reason; a great deal do not. Consider anti-vax blogs, for instance. They rely on a subtle mixture of pseudo science; and a great deal of mumbo jumbo. Let us not forget vaccines are "against God" (whoever He/ She/ It/, is). In this way, they manipulate our emotions...They definitely do not contain reason; which (in this case) would be peer reviewed Scientific papers, by relevant experts in the fields of Virology, and epidemiology...
