The inner conflict you exerienced honours you as it shows that you are a soul of principles, values, responsiblity, empathy and care that thinks and feels in a sensitve way.

That’s why you felt guilty.

I can relate to this kind overthinking. Lol

You wanted to do good with your donation of processed food for the poor and then felt guilty for not providing them with your own standard of superfood.

However the crème de la crème for anyone is just not realistic and one has to keep things in perspective.

In an ideal world it would be the optimum if even the poor were to eat organic food. However, this is not going to happen in reality and your noble donation helps them immensely and they will be grateful that you bettered their lives.

Souls of idealism and empathy can have a hard time in this world. And always think they could have been better when they already have been utterly good.

Sometimes it’s good to take a break and breathe and just accept that you have come this far and everything you did was good.

It’s a nice twist that you met s.o. when dealing with diapers which would have been a classic downer in the first place.

That’s the irony of life. Lol

Think of the poets who live love. These experiences are fruitful for poetry.

And about women's rights: She is such a false hypocrite there as well: If she were a true advocate and fighter for women’s rights she would not let have happened the destabilization in the Middle East and Africa, resulting in the influx of Muslim migrants in Germany and Europe who have stone age values and despise women’s rights.

Obviously women’s rights are only importat to her if it concerns the US, but not the rest of the world.

She clearly serves evil forces and a different agenda. Just false and hypocritical.

Hillary is so power-obsessed and will do anything to get a vote.

I watched some videos on Youtube where she talked with a bunch of Blacks.

She is so false, she even changed her way of articulation and adapted to their "black" way of speaking, just to get their sympathies, it sounded ridiculous. And to top this, in another video, she even praised hot sauce and said that she would always carry a bottle of hot sauce in her purse with her, which seems to be a Black habit, as I learned.

I found this deeply disturbing.

About your alternative: Back to basics will be a solution in the future and has its appeal. Communities will organize in different ways. Being very grounded, having your own garden, very basic and essential. Healthy and pure.

About the greedy violators: They will have to pay their prize and will not be able to cope when the abundance they are used to will be gone. Cornucopia doesn’t deliver any longer, spoiling has stopped. That’s the prize for greedy careless decisions. Karma.

Yes, constantly being in debt and denying facing reality will lead to a tremendous crash in the end. The policy of getting into debt on a chronic level is dangerous and a disturbing tendency nowadays, especially in the US but in other countries as well.

Everything is based on an illusion, everything is blown up and and unreal, there is no substance.

Being in debt means having no control, but being dependent and at other forces' mercy. There is no possibilty to operate in your sense and interests.

Politics and economy play hazard and a dangerous and cruel game with innocent decent citizens and future generations that will have to pay the prize for their irresponsible acting which is deeply unfair.

I find the constant bashing of people of weight and the "fat shaming" in our modern societies truly poor and mean. Societies and people that judge human beings just based on their weight reveal themselves as deeply superficial.

People with weight issues feel bad enough already in our societies being constantly confronted with picture perfect thin people as ideal in advertising etc. in their every day lives.

Then giving them the feeling of being a burden during a flight is hurtful to these people who just want to use a plane like everybody else.

People with overweight are not to be reduced to their weight. This does not reflect their true value. They are souls and can be very precious.

Unfortunately leftist ideologists and good-doers who embrace the influx of Muslim migrants are completely oblivious to dangers and consequences and will only wake up when it's already too late. We fought so hard for our freedom and women's rights and now these precious values are handed over on a silver tray to stone age Muslims. In the last 150 year leftist ideologists were deeply involved into the fight for freedom and progress and it is irony that they are the grave diggers of their original core values... But to them "tolerance" towards intolerant stone age Muslims just counts more nowadays. Sad and disturbing.

@lindsey Yes, Hungary is finally building a wall but they are criticized by EU leaders for their responsible acting to protect the EU outer borders. It's completely insane and unfair... The Eastern European countries are the only ones with healthy instincts and wisdom.

@doctor Merkel is far away from decency and competence. She is an egocentric autocratic dictator, shaped in the socialist GDR, she even was a spy. She hates her own country and people and wants to destroy us. She is a total failure in anything she does. Her attitude is either to sit things out and not take action, or, if she then is forced to take action finally, she makes completely insane, unsensible and destructive decisions. She has done so much damage to her country in just a few months, you don't recognize it any longer and it will never be the same again... I despise and hate her beyond words for the evil she is doing to us.

Same here in Germany: Politicians told German residents in town meetings that they could leave Germany if they were not content with the influx of Muslim migrants... Western leaders have all gone mad and lost any sense of respect and responsibilty for their citizens and voters. Utterly disgusting and disturbing.

Truly inspirational, your country. I wish to visit it one day and wander through the streets of Lisboa and visit manors in the countryside with gardens which have corners of Azulejos and fountains. I love your traditional blue and white Azulejos, always been an ardent admirer, so eternal and fresh and poetic... They even have inspired Michael S. Smith to some of his projects.
