Start with Honesty, Honesty builds Trust, Trust leads to Love.

Human nature says, lie if it brings rewards, but it never brings Trust.

It takes time to buildTrust, so don't be in a hurry.

Love will be there and it will be worth waiting for.

There are many reasons for being ill.
Find the cause and treat the symptoms.
Maybe don't try and fix the brain, its too complex.

Next and maybe the most difficult thing to do, is LOVE yourself first.

59 years after a loss of a brother I learned this when writing a book.

'Cured'? No but I live with the understanding that I can live and move on.
If it helps, great.
If it doesn't, keep looking for the cause, trust me its cheaper than a shrink.
