I choose an inert gas. It asphyxiates you but you don't feel a thing, panic, or get that bad "I'm suffocating" feeling since there is no carbon present. It flushes out the oxygen from your body.

Unconsciousness in ~15 seconds, dead in ~5 minutes. I will be testing this soon, though not much to test really....
