Sir_T, respectfully, you're out of touch with reality. I AM IN TOUCH WITH IT. I see what's going on. Now maybe your brain has been so addled with the fear-inducing propaganda relentlessly produced by those with an interest in demonization and political domination. But i don't fall so easily for that. Others? That's not for me to say.

Rasmussen is the only nationally recognized poll when it comes to approval rating. Facts. Again. Pesky things. Five Thirty Eight polls were so far off what actually happened in the 2020 elections that they were a cosmic embarrassment. As were almost all other 'mainstream' polls. Which means most people believe most of these pollsters are full of shít. For the record almost all of them predicted strong gains in the House of Representatives for the Democrats. In reality the complete opposite was true. A key talking point post election was how embarrassingly INNACURATE most polling outlets were. Carry on with your delusions, though.

Yes, who would have guessed, everyone has a past. I'm guessing, Sir_T you are a perfect human being who has never fell short at any point in your life? Because all you seem to wish to do is throw shade and spitefully cast aspersions at every opportunity. You're a very angry person. A poor way to live. But God bless you all the same. Because i don't wish that on anybody.

Rizla I've deleted your BS comment, just as I deleted similar BS comments from you on other blogs. Quit acting like a 12 year old demanding "wagers". While I strongly believe there was overwhelming fraud, I don't pretend to know how things will play out and if wrongs will be righted. So consider this a final warning: continue with your BS trolling and nonsense, and I will not allow you comment on my blogs PERIOD. Do you understand? Because I've been beyond patient with you. Contribute constructively or get shut out completely.

No one can honestly look at the photo and say it was a result of a "pile-up". It looks to be the result of an explosion. Resident rizla could be witness to somebody getting point blank shot in the head and he'd find a way to explain it away.

RE: Attorney Sidney Powell...

Great Twitter thread outlining a number of claims made in the lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell

Some absolutely shocking stuff. Everyone should read

The Justice Phase

contd.

Lindsay McKasson and Abigail (Abbie) Frye are two determined legal professionals who were relentless in piecing together a million-piece puzzle allowing our team to find the truth.

A special thank you goes to my warrior sister Barbara, who took on managing my legal defense fund and between her and my youngest sibling and brother, Joe, did countless interviews to help raise necessary and important funds to fight this fight. And finally, my sister Clare Eckert and her daughter (my God-Daughter and niece), Alicia Kutzer, rounded out our team. My oldest sister Clare is a tough but superb legal and business professional and Alicia is a remarkable lawyer. Without a doubt, we could not have won this fight without their counsel, exceptional research and writing abilities, as well as their unwavering love.

I can never thank them all enough for taking on this monumental challenge to win. Because of them, my eyes are brighter and my heart is filled with love for my sons, their wives, my grandchildren, and for all members of our extended family of Flynns and Andrades and so many, many others who kept me going and gave me strength through their prayers and messages of hope for the future.

Together, we have overcome this enormous hurdle. Now we will get back up on our feet, dust ourselves off, and not fear what lies ahead. We may be tested again with false accusations and untruths and hatred for our beliefs and for raising our voices but we cannot be deterred and we cannot stop.

Time does not always heal all wounds, but discovering the truth has a funny way of shaping the scars.

To all Americans, what we choose to do in this life should never be stopped by fear. Instead, we need to embrace the uncertainty and accept the risk that comes with sacrifice and then work to overcome the sheer magnitude of life’s challenges, especially during this crucible of our nation’s history. Our very survival as a nation is at stake.

The Flynns will never stop being the fighters that our parents, Charlie and Helen, taught us to be. Through generations of military in our past, and with many of us still serving our nation in one capacity or another, we will “rise up” to the next set of challenges together and defend our families, our homes, our honor, and our nation.

Even today, perhaps more than ever before, America requires tried, true, and tested patriots to ensure the future of our children and grandchildren. And in the end, there is only ONE who is the judge of our ultimate destiny.

God Bless America.

Video thread of some of the highlights of the hearing:

The Justice Phase

Breaking news: President Trump has officially pardoned General Michael Flynn. It's sad it had to come to this, but partisan hack judge Emmet Flynn refused to drop the case as ordered and tried to drag it out indefinitely. Flynn was targeted by a corrupt compromised partisan FBI leadership in concert with Obama and Biden who were fully read in on it. Banana republic level shít. Flynn is a political prisoner no more.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

Perhaps you're a bit slow, Riz (well actually there's no perhaps about it) - the article was published online at 12:41am, and then updated at 6:36am. The information in the article clearly relates to the lawsuit that was amended and filed on the 15th(clearly stated in the article) - unless you somehow think ANOTHER amendment was made at 2 or 3am on the 16th, despite no mention of any amendment having been made on the 16th existing ANYWHERE. Anyway i'll leave you two morons to fight it out for the dumba** of the day title - you're both putting in a sterling effort to win it.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

Thick as a brick doesn't even come close to describing you Jim. Calculatedly deceptive would be more accurate. The amount of time you spend sharing propaganda and deceit is outright appalling. Why do you do it? Money? Or you just have a genuine passion for spreading misinformation? Because neither is acceptable. I'd hope that at some stage in the near future the Mods here will put a limit on how many blogs a member can post here. Because your hundreds all centered around Trump and your personal hatred of him just really clogs up the blogs page and speaks to - at the most generous - an unhealthy obsession you have.

In any case, as regards the fake news you propagated here, I posted the link to the amended up to date lawsuit. Those who genuinely value truth can read the paragraphs I referred to, and then compare with what was stated in the article. It's clear as day that the claims in the article are patently deceptive and misleading.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

Which was in reference to "The campaign's slimmed-down lawsuit, filed in federal court on Sunday" (quoted in the very next paragraph)

Do you need more time to figure this out?

It's not complicated. The lawsuit was amended yesterday. The lawsuit - which I linked and anyone can check for themselves - does NOT remove the allegations in question. The article was propaganda and lies, and you're only making a complete idiot of yourself by repeating the lies and even adding another one of your own.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

YOU claimed - without evidence - that most of it was dropped this morning. Nowhere in the article you linked does it claim that to be the case (indeed it claims the amended lawsuit was filed YESTERDAY). And I've linked the said amended lawsuit from yesterday which clearly shows the allegations have not been dropped as was falsely claimed in the article.

If you have some proof as to your claim, then please link it. Because otherwise we must assume that the amended lawsuit dated yesterday remains intact.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

You're lying Jim. You don't even bother to read what was said in the piece you copy and pasted: "The campaign's slimmed-down lawsuit, filed in federal court on Sunday"

The lawsuit i linked is from Sunday. ie. the up to date lawsuit that is going before the court.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

Nope. The allegation that 682,479 votes were counted illegally remains in the amended lawsuit. Fake News Washington Post - and this is not unusual - counts on its readers not actually fact-checking their false claims and instead repeating their Pravda propaganda.

The amended lawsuit is here: The allegation is stated at the beginning(paragraph 4), and then goes into substantively more detail in paragraphs 132-150. You're welcome.

RE: HOW POWERFUL IS THE MEDIA?

RE: Election fraud tactics?.....

R.E.M. was the first big music concert I saw at the age of 15 on the grounds of Slane Castle. I lost contact with my friend who was there with me and hung around on site until eventually I got a lift home from a trucker. He repeatedly almost fell asleep at the wheel as rapid eye movement threatened to have us both killed. Fate had other ideas.

He who laughs last

Except I've never stated as such. Your lying about me is unbecoming, to say the least. I've been very clear in saying legal votes and legal votes alone should count, and that both teams are entitled to file lawsuits and contest results if they feel they should. A process that is fair and transparent is important not just for this election, but for the future. Both parties should be remaining calm and encouraging the process be allowed to play out - in order for people to have some kind of faith in the election, and instill some sense of calm. The premature 'declaration' from Biden indicates they're scared to me. Scared of what might come out in the courts and when a light is shone on the process. Let's hope the people as a whole remain calm, but prematurely declaring victory risks raising tensions, and risks the chance of conflict occurring. It was irresponsible to do so.

He who laughs last

I'm not having tantrums. I'm cool, calm and collected. Ultimately what will be will be. I have faith good will prevail.

Whatever about MSM and Team Biden prematurely declaring victory, Boris Johnson sending his 'congratulations' was a catastrophic embarrassment. Perhaps he just doesn't understand how the U.S. system works.

RE: Concerning alleged voter fraud

GG there was a lot of civil unrest and riots in liberal cities after Trump won in 2016. Indeed, a number of businesses in liberal cities have boarded up this time in anticipation of rioting and looting... It's not Trump supporters they're so much concerned about as leftwing rioters and anarchists.

Also, Trump does not write State laws, the States themselves do. I feel a lot of people misunderstand how federalism works, and that presidents actually have little to no power over how States function. And this is a good thing - it guards against tyranny and totalitarian rule. Checks and balances, if you will.

But that's not to say that individual States cannot make rulings or pass laws that go contrary to federal law and the U.S. constitution. That's why issues get to be challenged all the way up to the federal Supreme Court - who's job it is (in theory, at least) to make sure constitutional law is upheld.

RE: Concerning alleged voter fraud

Voter fraud can go in either direction of course. But the fact of the matter is it's Republicans fighting for transparency and auditing and for only legal ballots to be counted. And Democrats are fighting against them. Just makes sensible people think what are they trying to hide? Add in that blue districts in key States mysteriously stopped counting when Trump's numbers were looking unstoppable, then we had ballot dumps of tens of thousands of ballots at 3 and 4 o clock in the morning - some 100% in favour of Biden (the statistical likelihood of this being possible lies somewhere in the range of winning the sweepstakes and getting struck by lightning on the same day). Then you had a number of instances - again in blue districts - where Republican monitors were either denied entry to monitor counting, or were kept so far away from the counting that they just couldn't see what was happening. In some cases windows were even covered up so members of the public outside couldn't see what was transpiring. And in PA - where a lot of illegality seems to be happening, they've been counting tens of thousands of ballots received AFTER the 8pm election day deadline. This only happened because of an 11th hour ruling by the Democrat controlled State supreme court which, rather than upholding State election law, attempted to subvert it by rogue judicial action - saying that ballots could be received 3 days after election day, and even without any legible postmark. Disgraceful, but sadly this is often what you get with leftist judges. They see it not as their job to uphold laws, but rather to try and subvert them by improperly taking on the role of the legislature. Good news: the federal Supreme Court SHOULD overrule their nonsense ruling, and any and all ballots received after 8pm on election day will be declared null and void.

Obviously there's been a tonne of other shady stuff noted in different States - the so called 'glitch' that was discovered in a voting machine that gave 6,000 votes to Biden that were actually for Trump. BTW there's no such thing as a 'glitch' in such software - it just means the software was programmed this way - something many have warned about for years as regards using machines for counting purposes rather than traditional hand counting. This software - 'Dominion' I think it's called - is used in machines throughout many States (including all the States that have been very close I believe), so what really should happen is an entire audit of everywhere that houses these machines to determine if any fraud occured, and then correct the totals where cases are found.

The dead people voting is a huge concern as well. For a long time Democrats have fought against cleaning up voting rolls. Again, you should ask yourself why. A good idea would be a nationwide audit to determine the scope of fraud carried out this way. And again, correct voting totals accordingly afterwards.

I think there's a possibility of not just recounts, but elections having to be entirely REDONE in some instances. Such is the level of impropriety. Facilitated, in large part obviously, by the many millions of unsolicited mail in ballots Democrats insisted be sent out, as well as the last minute rule changes that opened the door wider still to voter fraud. You create the chaos, you can expect a predictable response of good and honest people wanting to put order on the situation.
