RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

YOU claimed - without evidence - that most of it was dropped this morning. Nowhere in the article you linked does it claim that to be the case (indeed it claims the amended lawsuit was filed YESTERDAY). And I've linked the said amended lawsuit from yesterday which clearly shows the allegations have not been dropped as was falsely claimed in the article.

If you have some proof as to your claim, then please link it. Because otherwise we must assume that the amended lawsuit dated yesterday remains intact.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

You're lying Jim. You don't even bother to read what was said in the piece you copy and pasted: "The campaign's slimmed-down lawsuit, filed in federal court on Sunday"

The lawsuit i linked is from Sunday. ie. the up to date lawsuit that is going before the court.

RE: Trump drops the majority of the PA lawsuit

Nope. The allegation that 682,479 votes were counted illegally remains in the amended lawsuit. Fake News Washington Post - and this is not unusual - counts on its readers not actually fact-checking their false claims and instead repeating their Pravda propaganda.

The amended lawsuit is here: The allegation is stated at the beginning(paragraph 4), and then goes into substantively more detail in paragraphs 132-150. You're welcome.

RE: HOW POWERFUL IS THE MEDIA?

RE: Election fraud tactics?.....

R.E.M. was the first big music concert I saw at the age of 15 on the grounds of Slane Castle. I lost contact with my friend who was there with me and hung around on site until eventually I got a lift home from a trucker. He repeatedly almost fell asleep at the wheel as rapid eye movement threatened to have us both killed. Fate had other ideas.

He who laughs last

Except I've never stated as such. Your lying about me is unbecoming, to say the least. I've been very clear in saying legal votes and legal votes alone should count, and that both teams are entitled to file lawsuits and contest results if they feel they should. A process that is fair and transparent is important not just for this election, but for the future. Both parties should be remaining calm and encouraging the process be allowed to play out - in order for people to have some kind of faith in the election, and instill some sense of calm. The premature 'declaration' from Biden indicates they're scared to me. Scared of what might come out in the courts and when a light is shone on the process. Let's hope the people as a whole remain calm, but prematurely declaring victory risks raising tensions, and risks the chance of conflict occurring. It was irresponsible to do so.

He who laughs last

I'm not having tantrums. I'm cool, calm and collected. Ultimately what will be will be. I have faith good will prevail.

Whatever about MSM and Team Biden prematurely declaring victory, Boris Johnson sending his 'congratulations' was a catastrophic embarrassment. Perhaps he just doesn't understand how the U.S. system works.

RE: Concerning alleged voter fraud

GG there was a lot of civil unrest and riots in liberal cities after Trump won in 2016. Indeed, a number of businesses in liberal cities have boarded up this time in anticipation of rioting and looting... It's not Trump supporters they're so much concerned about as leftwing rioters and anarchists.

Also, Trump does not write State laws, the States themselves do. I feel a lot of people misunderstand how federalism works, and that presidents actually have little to no power over how States function. And this is a good thing - it guards against tyranny and totalitarian rule. Checks and balances, if you will.

But that's not to say that individual States cannot make rulings or pass laws that go contrary to federal law and the U.S. constitution. That's why issues get to be challenged all the way up to the federal Supreme Court - who's job it is (in theory, at least) to make sure constitutional law is upheld.

RE: Concerning alleged voter fraud

Voter fraud can go in either direction of course. But the fact of the matter is it's Republicans fighting for transparency and auditing and for only legal ballots to be counted. And Democrats are fighting against them. Just makes sensible people think what are they trying to hide? Add in that blue districts in key States mysteriously stopped counting when Trump's numbers were looking unstoppable, then we had ballot dumps of tens of thousands of ballots at 3 and 4 o clock in the morning - some 100% in favour of Biden (the statistical likelihood of this being possible lies somewhere in the range of winning the sweepstakes and getting struck by lightning on the same day). Then you had a number of instances - again in blue districts - where Republican monitors were either denied entry to monitor counting, or were kept so far away from the counting that they just couldn't see what was happening. In some cases windows were even covered up so members of the public outside couldn't see what was transpiring. And in PA - where a lot of illegality seems to be happening, they've been counting tens of thousands of ballots received AFTER the 8pm election day deadline. This only happened because of an 11th hour ruling by the Democrat controlled State supreme court which, rather than upholding State election law, attempted to subvert it by rogue judicial action - saying that ballots could be received 3 days after election day, and even without any legible postmark. Disgraceful, but sadly this is often what you get with leftist judges. They see it not as their job to uphold laws, but rather to try and subvert them by improperly taking on the role of the legislature. Good news: the federal Supreme Court SHOULD overrule their nonsense ruling, and any and all ballots received after 8pm on election day will be declared null and void.

Obviously there's been a tonne of other shady stuff noted in different States - the so called 'glitch' that was discovered in a voting machine that gave 6,000 votes to Biden that were actually for Trump. BTW there's no such thing as a 'glitch' in such software - it just means the software was programmed this way - something many have warned about for years as regards using machines for counting purposes rather than traditional hand counting. This software - 'Dominion' I think it's called - is used in machines throughout many States (including all the States that have been very close I believe), so what really should happen is an entire audit of everywhere that houses these machines to determine if any fraud occured, and then correct the totals where cases are found.

The dead people voting is a huge concern as well. For a long time Democrats have fought against cleaning up voting rolls. Again, you should ask yourself why. A good idea would be a nationwide audit to determine the scope of fraud carried out this way. And again, correct voting totals accordingly afterwards.

I think there's a possibility of not just recounts, but elections having to be entirely REDONE in some instances. Such is the level of impropriety. Facilitated, in large part obviously, by the many millions of unsolicited mail in ballots Democrats insisted be sent out, as well as the last minute rule changes that opened the door wider still to voter fraud. You create the chaos, you can expect a predictable response of good and honest people wanting to put order on the situation.

RE: PA AG indicates that Trump would benefit from not listening to Giuliani. Wouldn't we all ?

Josh Shapiro also said this:

Just a reminder of what the Democrat A.G. of Pennsylvania (in charge of litigation at the State level) said just before the election:

'If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose. That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process. For the record, he’s 0-6 against us in court. We’ve protected voting rights. Now, ignore the noise—vote!' It's unconscionable to me that he said that, when his job is to protect the INTEGRITY of the vote. Instead he signaled his intent to make sure the vote would go to Biden no matter what, even suggesting - not so subtly - that any court challenges by Trump (even if legitimate) would be shot down at the State level. This is just glaringly corrupt behavior.

Also said this: 'FACT CHECK: Our elections are over when all the votes are counted. But if your lawyers want to try us, we’d be happy to defeat you in court one more time.' Again signalling intent to rule against any potential Trump lawsuit, regardless if legitimate or not.

And now, naturally, despite Trump having been MASSIVELY up on election day in PA - when vote counting mysteriously stopped - it looks like they may be trying to call it for Biden now asking us to believe that he somehow turned around that deficit. Take another look at the video in these 3 different tweets showing what looks like voter fraud in PA. Then read this A.G.'s words again. I have a feeling this one may go all the way to the federal Supreme Court.

Businesses in liberal run cities prepare for rioting on November 4th

I think Republicans will do very well in a number of States that have been typically strong for Democrats. People are realizing what's at stake and a number of people are going to vote that haven't voted before. They're going to vote for law and order and against the far left which threatens the entire fabric of the nation.

RE: Once again, it is conservatives that do the real voter fraud

Nope Korn, it's not ok and praiseworthy. It's just low level and has minimal impact. The high impact stuff is ballot harvesting and procuring votes for cash. Watch the project Veritas videos if you haven't already.

Jacob Wohl is always caught up in these hair brained schemes. Makes you wonder is he a paid shill to try and make conservatives look bad. I've not once encountered a conservative who likes him, let alone supports him.

RE: Once again, it is conservatives that do the real voter fraud

I guess he missed the part where she is illegally procuring votes for Biden... (or maybe he didn't, and is just being a hack)

In any case it shouldn't matter who the fraud seeks to benefit, THE MATTER OF THE FRAUD ITSELF should disturb everyone who cares about election integrity.

RE: Just Now (9/26) Amy Coney Barrett Nominated To SCOTUS

Well that won't happen, but it's not surprising to see Dems threaten to change the rules when they can't get their way. When there was liberal SC majority the court was regularly used as a means to change the law to enact things that didn't garner the necessary support in Congress. This is NOT how the SC is supposed to function. Also, it was Democrat senator leader Harry Reid changing the rules and eliminating the filibuster that led to Republicans winning the senate in the 3 senate elections since, which has ultimately resulted in 3 Trump appointees to the SC. The Dems' court-packing threats are infantile and will put off a lot of moderates.

RE: Just Now (9/26) Amy Coney Barrett Nominated To SCOTUS

Sworn in by Clarence Thomas, no less, whom then Senator Joe Biden famously led the charge against when Thomas was nominated in 1991. And on Hillary Clinton's birthday. No time for complacency though. Democrats are already promising to alter the system completely and pack the courts should they win in a weeks time. That can't happen. I believe common sense will prevail and the American people will put an end to this temper tantrum and their radical aspirations.

RE: Looking forward to 60 Minutes this Sunday.

Actually that's a lie. And you can see it on the video. On top of the large book Kayleigh hands to Stahl is the healthcare plan. Just more lies and deception from 60 mins after they did probably the most dishonest and unprofessional interview of a candidate for president ever. No wonder trust in media is at an all time low.

RE: Looking forward to 60 Minutes this Sunday.

Jim and Riz it is you two (most of all) who lie about the many instances of cognitive decline. Indeed Biden just mistook Trump for George W Bush. And in the debate he called Trump Abraham Lincoln! On more than one occasion he has said he is running for the Senate (as opposed to the presidency). A number of times he has mistaken what State he is in. He mistook his sister for his wife. He regularly seems confused. You both have been presented with numerous such instances yet you both continue to gaslight and pretend it's not happening.

What. In. The. World

He can deny it all he likes. His acolytes in media can do likewise. But the fact is the emails (outlining such corruption) have been verified. And there is zero evidence of 'Russian disinformation' (their go-to excuse). That Joe Biden and his family are as corrupt as they are will be a surprise to some and not to others. But perhaps a graver threat is that a number of the most powerful media conglomerates in the world are actively suppressing the story and promoting disinformation of their own. Big Tech likewise.
